What (if anything) decides the time for us to be born. For you to be sitting here reading this question in this generation? As opposed to being born 50,000 years ago or even 3,000,000 years from now?

What I mean is what decides the exact time and moment for you to be born rather than being born 50,000 years ago or 3 millions years from now? In your own opinion. Is there actually an answer for this question? Have I asked too many questions? Funny answers accepted as well.

Or is your fate predetermined by the choices you make?

I just discovered roughly 20 or so tiny little blood-coloured pinprick dots on my upper arm. Could they be burst capillaries under the surface of my skin? I tried applying pressure but they only faded a minute amount. I was lifting weights before and I'm not sure how long I've had it but it's very recent. It doesn't hurt or itch, in fact I don't notice anything about it other than it is there.

Anyone ever heard of anything like this?
