I have filed a Chapter 7. I am due to have a reaffirmation agreement hearing on Oct 15th. If my agreement is denied, how long typically will the court give me to turn in my vehicle to the bank. I am current on my payments.

If the bankruptcy court deny your reaffirmation agreement with a car company, how long is the turnaround from the time the court deny you until you have to release the property back to the company?

It seems that Cons feel that the more they bash Obama, the more Y!A will send them back to Tuesday November 4, 2008 for a second chance. I feel it would be smarter uniting for the future than worrying about what happened in the past. Y!A does not change things....sorry

The more rants about Obama, the more I know we did the right thing by voting him in. If only all Americans could put this kind of energy in being a better person than bashing Obama, the world would be a better place.
