So, I was on omegle and somebody got my ip address using Packet Translation. Can they use my wifi to slow download speed (my download speed has become slower) and how can i prevent them from accessing my computer. I have a windows firewall and i switched my modem off for a couple of hours a day. What do i do to ensure safety?
