  • Female teenager sharing bed with her father?

My fiance is on vacation with his family, including his 13 year old daughter. I'm very happy their having some daddy-daughter time and seem to be having a blast! (I was invited but couldn't go because of work.)

My fiance told me this morning that his daughter slept in his bed last night, and he didn't see any problem with it. I, however, think a teenage girl should not be sharing a bed with her father.

Any thoughts on this? Particularly from those who've had experience with such a situation.

  • Avoiding an Emotional Affair?

I'm 30, female, and have been in a wonderful relationship with an awesome guy for a little over three years. We're talking marriage and will move in that direction once we're both finished school (in another year or so).

About a year ago, I met a fellow student, and we hit it off. We've had small conversations here and there, and they're just friendly chatting about shared interests - nothing sexual. He was engaged when we met, though never told me that, and he got married in September. Recently, we've been seeing a lot more of each other, and there has been more than just the warm and fuzzies on my end. He gives off signs of interest as well.

We're both morally upstanding people and would never act in a way that jeopardized our respective relationships. In the meantime, he's on my mind all the time. Anyone been through something like this before? Any suggestions as to how to stop that? There's no way to avoid him, because we're in a class together.

I just keep thinking that if my BF were thinking about another girl the way I'm thinking about my fellow student, I'd be really hurt.

  • Have you seen pictures of your BF/GF's exes?

If you have seen photos of your BF/GF's exes, and as a group, they are not very attractive, would that shake your self-confidence a little bit and make you wonder about your own attractiveness? Or would that be a confidence booster that s/he traded up? Just curious.

  • Need help with chapped lips from oral?

Every time I go down on my BF, I always wind up with severely chapped lips. Can anyone recommend something to keep my lips from getting so chapped during the act? I've tried applying lip balm before I start, but it gets rubbed off very quickly. Any serious suggestions would be appreciated.

  • How long is a piercing supposed to hurt?

I got the cartilage on my left ear pierced three days ago, and it's still very painful and sensitive. I went to a tattoo parlor to get it done (proper sterilization procedures), and the guy advised me to clean it four times per day with a wound care saline solution, which I found at Rite-Aid. The earring is a very small ring.

Does anyone have any advice on how to make it hurt less or how long it will continue to hurt? He said I can change the earring after 4-6 weeks which is when it'll stop hurting. Is it really going to hurt that long?

Some websites say not to clean it too much or it can prolong the healing process. Anyone have any experience with this?

Any other tips on keeping it clean and healthy would really be appreciated.

  • Any ideas or recommendations for keeping a carry-on bag secured to a rolling suitcase?

I usually travel with one checked bag (rolling suitcase) and a carry-on (small tote bag). I sling the tote bag handles over my rolling suitcase handle, and as soon as I start to move, the tote bag always seems to swing off to the side and cause both bags to topple over. (I almost killed myself on an escalator at the airport last year when the two bags went in separate directions and just about knocked me down the steps.)

For those experienced travelers out there, are there any products that will keep the one bag securely on top of the other so it doesn't swing to the side? I, of course, need some kind of strap that would be able to pass security regulations, because I would keep it in my carry-on.

    Thanks for your help!

  • Troubleshooting my 2005 Coachmen Capri travel trailer?

The slide out on my parents' 2005 Coachmen Capri travel trailer will not move. They replaced the battery, and it still will not function. There is an option to manually crank the slide out out, but there is nothing in the instruction manual as to how to do this or where the crank is located. Can anyone with a similar trailer or RV knowledge offer some help?

  • Is it wrong to like someone because of what they're not?

My current BF is absolutely nothing like my ex...which is part of what I like about him. There is, of course, a lot more to why he and I fit so well in a relationship, but is it wrong that part of the reason I like him is that he is NOTHING like my ex? Is it okay to like someone because of what they're not?

  • Recommended horror movies for new fans?

I'm a huge horror fan and just started dating a guy who's not. He's interested in seeing some movies, but I want to start him off with a few mild ones. Any suggestions on those that are scary but not too gory?

I've seen so many, and I enjoy the really sick ones, so I've lost the ability to judge horror films for a newbie.

  • Would you date someone who work in government intelligence?

I recently met someone online who works for government intelligence, and he was able to do a background check on me. While I have nothing to hide, it was a little strange when he was able to tell me about a new car I had bought and that I had recently left the country for vacation.

Would you feel relieved that you didn't have to tell him absolutely everything about yourself (because he could just look it up), or would you find it unsettling that he already knows things you're telling him?

  • Anyone have ignition key codes for a 1996 Toyota Camry?

My fiance just bought a 1996 Toyota Camry from someone who only had one key for the ignition. The key is twisted and only works in the ignition sometimes. In order to have a proper key made, we are in need of the key codes from Toyota.

Getting a copy made of the current key will only ensure that the copy works as well as the original.

Help as to where to find these codes (preferably for free) or the codes themselves will be greatly appreciated - and earn you 10 points for a Best Answer.

  • Have you ever had a significant other who was constantly late, while you were always on time?

My fiance and I are two very different people who get along really well. We're both working professionals who have strong work and social commitments.

However, he's ALWAYS late by about 20 minutes, and I'm always on time (if not early). It's put a strain on the relationship, especially when it comes to timed events (movies, shows, etc.), and it's driving me crazy.

The only thing I can think to do is tell him, for example, that he needs to meet me at 4:00, when he really doesn't need to be there until 4:30.

Have you ever loved someone like this? How did you deal with it? Did it hurt the relationship? Did it end the relationship?

  • For Girls: Have you ever been to a strip club?

Please only girls answer this one. I'm contemplating going to a strip club with my boyfriend as part of his Christmas present, but I'm unsure whether it'll be a turn on or a turn off.

If any of you have visited strip clubs (where women are the ones dancing), please let me know what your experience was like. Positive? Negative? Would you go again?

Did you get a personal dance? Did you watch your boyfriend get a dance?

    I'm very curious.

  • Advice on how do deal with a family and boyfriend that don't get along...?

I'm 25, my boyfriend is 35. I have a Master's degree and a lucrative full-time job at a small organization. He's got a PhD and has a few part-time jobs as a college professor, but he's had difficulty finding full-time work teaching in his field (music).

We've been together for a few months (my first serious relationship), and my Mom has never taken to my BF. She won't get past a few medical issues he has and that he doesn't have a full-time job. She has outright said "I think you can do better."

I've had talk after talk with her, and she simply says "I can't condone your relationship."

This is the man I want to spend the rest of my life with. ANY advice on how to help my Mom come around and see how well we compliment each other would be greatly appreciated.
