Unlike normal elections were voters vote for a party to win Government, a Draft Election is where a single candidate is picked to run the country by the people, who ever has the highest vote score becomes Prime Minister/President, the second highest becomes oposition leader,3rd highest Treasurer, 4th shadow treasurer and so on, in the event position 1 & 2 are from the same party, the runner up has to register a new Party Name, by using the Draft system it eliminates the wheat from the chaff and the people recieve a better more functional Government, all candidates that don't score a seat in the two main parties resume their normal positions unaltered. Every Politition picked will be based on the Voter's Choice and also their performance based in the office they held, this would totally change the way Polititions do business with the People, they would keep promises and not lie and cheat because they would definately lose there job at the next Draft, it would really work well in middle east countries as the people would finally have their say with the Government, Let us all bring Fairness and Justice back into Politics, and give the Country back to the People once and for all.
