Rutgers New Brunswick?
Im a junior in high school and its my last marking period that my GPA can be raised and dropped. So my final GPA is most likely going to be a 3.5 out of a 4.0 with one AP class and 2 honors classes since sophmore year and 2 more AP classes my senior year. Im taking the SAT in june and again in october if i dont do as i expect to. I have 4 years of varsity Cross Country and Indoor + Outdoor Track. What chances do i have of getting in?

I took 2 weeks off from my indoor season, had about 4 days of running, then took another 2 weeks off cause my knee hurts. But it still hasnt healed. Its the right knee the right side of it around the bone and a little of the ride back side. Anyone know what this is cause its been ruining my season and my times are sucking casue of this. I ice 4 times a day, wear a knee brace.

Anyone know what this is. I dont think its IT band syndrome since after i run the pain kinda still stays and i feel it sometimes going u stairs and walking but it hurts the most running. I took 2 weeks off but it still hurts like fully. Anyone know how i can stop this?

I started running around may 17th for cross country but only like 1-3 miles a day. Is that too early to start traiining for XC. Now in june im doing about 5 a day. Is this gonna make me peak to early , because i dont think i would seeing that distance doesnt make you peak but speed training does. Thanks

Im willing to take out the junk food and fatty things like thaat and replacing them with fruits and veggies . I already eat alot of fruit but eat alot of junk too. I drink alot of waterr too and i wash my fface 2 times a dayy. So will it helpp.

Well everybody including the doctor thinks I over worked which I porbably did doing 55 miles in 6 days. But its the left side of my left knee and its not a hurting pain it feels like something gets pulled pain. Doesnt bother me walking but running with my normal form and stride i get pain and have to stop. 5 days off didnt do anythign Doc said 2 weeks so im guna take 2 weeks but did wnyone have this before. X rays were fine but if it dont gett better MRI.

Well im pissed because I have to take a month off this spring season cause of my knee and probably wont get my second year varsity. But will it affect me alot for Xc. This indoor track season sucked I was tired always and jsut didnt do good. Righ now im in outdoor and in the offseason i came back hard doing like 8miles a day and now my knee is like dead so im taking another 2 days off. Will running twice a day in spring break (20 days aways) every other day get me faster. Im talkin like only 3-4 miles more.

Its that thing with the IT band that hurts. the left side of my left knee. I had it last year in track too but I ran through it but this year its hurting alot more. I know I have to ice but does anyone know what else I can do like shud i heat it and How can i stretch that? Thanks

I run track and i got two blisters same side on both feet cause of new arch supports. Today i got home and peeled off the bandaid and the middle of one of them ripeed so some sking is still covering but in the middle of the blister you can see the skin. I heard the kin underneath is prone to infection so im scared what do i do. I did shower and clean it and put antibacterial cream on it and put a a gauze pad over it and im guna do that like 3x a day.

So i been good all freshman year and sophmore year of Cross Country (I was crazy that season) But now this indoor season i Sucked. Idk why but every practice day I get tired in the first mile and cant keep up . I dont have anemia cause I did run a 214 which still sucks but yeah this season sucks.

Okay first what exactly do they do like obviously support your arch but what do they help with. My ffot has a a medium to high arch and i run track and im running in flat shoes. Would arch supports help with my feey overall b/c i get alot of problems like shin splints and all that. I wear the nike lunarfly 2 if you wanted to know what shoes.

Soo today in school after lunch i ate a bagel and drank water and my throat startiing getting all scrathcy like not sore but feels weird . Okay so i run track and i run varsity and im distance. So my right shin hurts like balls when i run like im jogging and not even tired. Dont tell me ice and rest cause ill ice but im not guna rest. I had them since freshman year and even in xc they hurt even though its grass and mud and rocks and stuff. Anybody know any tips or something and i always run on grass it doesnt work and my shoes are half a month old but they suck *** lunarfly2 idk why i bought them fml.
