it says to take with food, so i took one the other day when i woke up with out eating i was sooo noshes . then this morning i made an egg sandwich and i took a bite or 2 nd then took the pill, and so i finished eating then a few mins later i ran to the bathroom and threw up 3 times.... should i eat and let the food sit in my stomach then take the vitamin??? i just dont want t take it again and throw up..... NOT FUN!
