I was recently charged with possesion of a firearm while intoxicated.

The story goes back in August I was riding my quad at night along the road not far from my house when I was stopped by an officer. I gave my BAC and found it to be .09 above the legal limit. In my trunk of the quad I had a unloaded handgun. That was seized and later given back. Spent that night in jail.

Now i'm being charged with both DUI and possesion of a firearm. It says misdemeanor for that count so my question is what kind of sentencing am I facing? I heard if felony I can do prison time, what is the chance of it being changed to that in court? Has anyone ever found themselves in this spot or know of anyone that has? Any information would be great. Thankyou

Also this occured in Nevada, I am 26 years old this happened when I was 25. No prior criminal record and was military; Army 5 years.

Out of no where after having issues with a owner of the business i work for i was called into a office where issues about performance were to be discussed.. when all of a sudden he grabbed me and hit me in my face and received a cut in the inside of my lip (no medical bills took place)

now can i sue this individual personaly or would it have to be the whole corporation.. also what are the charges i can press on him or the business

hey got a question for all you smarty pants out there... i completed 5 yrs active duty military police deployed highspeed recieved sergeant rank all that good stuff.. well last aug when i got out i signed for reserves where my first day to report BOOM PISS TEST, well i was doing a little partying that first week or two when i got back so yea came up positve for THC... now there giving my an general discharge under honorable... probably not great to get into a fed job but what about corrections such a prison job anyone know if still possible i can get one and what the background check may say?? help meee :) and dont beat around the bush i want the facts whether they make me happy or saaaad lol thanks

would you prefer a guy losing his hair trying to hide or salvage whats left..or go for the shave look. now the thing is what if you have a misshapped head such as to the back left was somewhat flat and extends out and somewhat lobsided not to mention an arch in the on top and a little dent with a big scar up front??? yea i was messed up when i was akid lol.... just a question help me out

Hi im a 24 yearold male with a dimple in the top left area in the back of my head toward the back which causes this uneven shape all the way around my head. Is this somewhat normal... AM I A FREAK? anyone else have something like this?
