Okay, so on Jan. 16 I made a purchase through a site called iOffer, with a seller called rockerstyleclothing. They told me they sent my package a few days later, and three weeks later I still didn't recieve anything so I went on USPS to see the delivery status. USPS said it delivered it Jan. 21 to Hemet CA. That is not where I live. So I contacted the seller and they said they don't know why it says it was delivered to Hemet when my sending info is correct to Sonora CA, and they were going to look into resolving this. Another 20days later and nothing happened. I messaged them again asking if they found out what happened to my package or if they could just refund me my $132.95 that I spent on the purchase because it was taking so long. Another 2weeks and no reply. March 9 I reported the problem to iOffer to see if they could help me. They sent a message to the seller but yet another 3weeks and nothing happened, so I then filed a dispute with them. That was on March 27th, and finally on June 11, over 2months later, I get a reply from rockerstyle clothing saying "Dispute Replied Item Was Already Shipped, Please Close Claim." WHAT THE HELL!!!??? I'm pissed. Nothing was shipped to me and they didn't refund me anything and I have no idea what I can do now!! Someone please tell me what else I can do so that I didn't compeletely throw away $132.95!! That was a lot of money for me to spend! I only work part time and I'm a college student, I can't afford to just throw money like that down the drain =( Nobody ever buy from rockerstyleclothing!!!! They are terrible!!
