I am 21 years old and live in British Columbia, Canada. I blog about my fitness and nutrition, but I have only lurked in this Q&A section until now. Let me know if you have questions on fitness, diet/nutrition, or anything workout related. I see the following question a lot. How do I get six-pack abs? The answer is simple: CARDIO. You need to do it to shed the layer of fat on your stomach and your body fat needs to be ~10 %. Doing a million crunches everyday is not going to help you slim down unless you burn the fat around your stomach. Diet is part two of this, with nutrition being 80% and hard work making up the remaining 20%.
