Needs some editing and a bit more filling out I know, but initial opinions please?

“Well Miss… Blake, you certainly have an interesting file.” The officer smirked, laying down a thick, heavy folder before the girl as she glared murderously up at him.

“It’s probably because I’m an interesting person.” She smirked, her hands jerking continuously at the strange, Infie contraptions that had her chained to the desk.

The man laughed unpleasantly, before slamming his hands down on the desk with force to rival a cave troll.

“Person.” He spat, suddenly quivering with rage, “How dare you call yourself a person you filthy Demon scum. I should just snap your pretty little neck right now you disgusting piece of-“

“But you haven’t.” Arielle replied coolly, raising an eyebrow, not losing her attitude even in dire situations. And she knew she was in a pretty serious one.

One distinct issue she was facing was her lack of magic, she could tell because her hair had returned to its natural shade of inky blue black, and now lay long and silky straight about her shoulders.

Once you started to run out of magic your body went into autopilot, and instead of wasting energy on a changed appearance, it conserved itself in case there was a need for an emergency heal.

So basically, unless she got hit by a brick, no magic.

She thought, smiling up at the seething executive, who was probably with the DRIU.

“Tell me, dear Infie, why is that? Why haven’t you snapped my puny Nixie neck? I’m pretty sure the law concerning un-authorised Demonic appearances is death on sight?” She asked innocently as his face began to turn puce.

“You damn well know what the law is, but for some reason Ash wants you alive, can’t imagine why. Any dead Demon is a good Demon if you ask me.” He snarled, Arielle rolled her eyes and smiled mockingly up at him.

“But nobody did ask you, you blundering Infie buffoon.” She began to laugh as the huge man launched himself at her, causing two security guards to come rushing into the room to detain him.

She was still laughing as they grabbed his shoulders, barely holding him back.

“You were just supposed to watch the kid while Ash got back from the airport, cool it man, or you’ll lose your job!” One of the guards hissed as Arielle watched them through narrowed eyes.

“Yeah, Ralph just stay calm.” The other agreed, still pulling him back.

“It wouldn’t shut up, it wouldn’t stop I’ll kill it, Dean, I swear.” The huge man, Ralph, glared at her, his eyes filled with pure hatred as he spat at her.

Arielle rolled her eyes and put her feet up on the desk.

“I’m bored, and a little hungry, any of you guys got some spare baby human flesh I can munch on?” She smiled lazily as Ralph, with an inhuman roar broke free of the two men who’d been attempting to contain him, and lunged towards her.

He crashed into the desk, shattering it just as she twisted the strange metal bracelets in the angle of his hip.

It broke at just the right angle, freeing her of the metal bonds that had had her contained.

She felt her magic rushing through her, and immediately realised the bracelets must have been infused with silver, turns out she hadn’t run her magic dry, at least there was some good news.

The metal didn’t usually do her kind much harm, but they could trap a Demons powers to weaken them in the face of adversity, but she was free now.

And ready to get the hell out of there.

“See ya bitches.” She smirked, raising her hands as he magic rushed through her, turning her eyes a pure, glowing white as they buzzed with power.

A bright, white light illuminated the small cell for a moment, before vanishing along with the sonic boom that had accompanied it.

Arielle’s eyes returned to normal, and she blinked before quickly scanning the area.

Three hostiles down, possible hundreds to go.

It was a start.

So whaddya think? It's a sci fi novel (obviously) a bit rough around the edges but some opinions would mean a lot, thanks!

So I turned 15 this year, and the guy I like is my age, I'm not interested in a sexual relationship yet as I believe I'm too young, and I know he isn't either.

So it's basically about Demon mythical creatures involved in crime and a demonic uprising, the main character was a changeling, born a half Warlock, she's got attitude, is extremely clever and basically after being caught by humans faces a choice: Be killed, like other rogues of her species, or assist the humans in solving Demon related crime and attempting to stop the revolution.

I just bought a few bras today, and as my old one was falling apart, I put one straight on before washing it (which I don't usually do) and it's really uncomfortable!

So I was wondering, is it because:

- I don't suit this store's bras

- I haven't washed it before I wore it

- It's not the right size (even though I've been measured and know what I bought, double checked the labels.)

I really, really want to start watching the American TV show Supernatural, but as I'm sure you know sites like Netflix (which I have) don't let you watch it if you're in the UK -.-

So I was wondering if anyone has any advice or sites for watching the show, please help? :)

Right, so quick analysis of the details:

1. We go through phases of talking loads on Facebook (he messages me first as well!), for hours, then suddenly no reply for like 2 weeks

2. We do also talk & joke around a lot when we see each other in person though.

3. I get along with all his friends really well, many of them have said he talks about me a lot, one has said that he really likes me, but doesn't want a gf. (he screenshot it)

4. We flirt a lot when we talk, he wrote me a poem, and when I told him to send it to the girl he likes, he said: "Well, I did say it was a poem for you, right?" and we send each other bad lines.

5. We have nicknames for each other

6. He teases me, picks me up and tickles me loads.

7. We've given each other clues about who we like, and all of them match me.

8. BUT he's way out of my league, even though he's unbelievably nice.

9. I can't "take the plunge" because (when he talks to me) he's such an amazing friend that I wouldn't want to ruin our friendship :/

10. (here's the confusing bit) His friend (lets call him Jake) told guy I liked him, they're best friends, and when I asked Jake what guy replied, he said: "Oh, he hasn't seen or replied yet." weeks later, this is still his response when I know for a fact that guy has been online, as I've talked to him... what's going on between them?!

So I guess the most confusing and upsetting thing is that he's not replying at.all right now, I'm not bothered about having a boyfriend, I would honestly just like him to tell me how he feels, or at least TALK to me?!

Ugh what do I do?! PLEASE give me some advice :(
