...while he's at his house. My kids 4, has never had a problem sleeping and has asthma. Is this safe? I'm pretty enraged about it. He's been doing it behind my back and lying to me about it.

I'm calling his doctor in the morning to ask questions but I was just curious what others had to say.

My son literally moves all night long. He doesn't wake up but he tosses and turns and rolls over moves his arms and legs, actually spins around on his bed and ect. It's movement all night. He's never still for more a minute or two. The only way I can get him to hold semi still is to bring him in my bed and sleep on my side with him up against me. And even then he still moves his arms and legs a lot.

I'm worried that he's not getting enough sleep because of this. He's sleeping while moving but he can't be getting much good sleep being so active.

I know he suffers from nightmares too. Sometimes he talks in his sleep or even cries.

I limit his sugar intake during the day, do calmer activities before bed, make sure his room is comfortable as far as a nice temp, dark and quiet and just a nice sleeping environment. I don't know what else to do to try to help him sleep better.

Has anybody else experienced this with their kids?

If so do you have any advice?

I have an appointment scheduled with my ob/gyn but the soonest they can see me is late Friday afternoon. Meanwhile i'm in an extreme amount of pain. Any movement brings me to tears. Sitting, standing, laying. It's all super painful. But I'm a single mom and don't have help with my toddler son. Taking care of him is getting harder and harder the bigger this thing gets. Work is hard too being a waitress and being in so much pain standing still let alone running around.

And this things growing fast. And the bigger it gets the more painful. I've even started to have some pains in my groin and up into my ovary area on my right side (where the abscess is)

I've been trying soaking in hot bathes and other home remedies to try to get through the week but nothings working.

Can the ER help me? I don't know what else to do but I know it'll be hell making it to friday and at this rate it feels like I wont.

Is it just specific places that offer it or is it a program that you enroll in that with help you where ever you live?

i got it a little over 24hrs ago and it has some redness. Ive never dealt with tattoo infection or anything

and i'm not sure if its too soon to tell or even what an infection would look like. I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. It doesn't really hurt at all.

In the photo I had just washed it so that's why it has a slightly shiny look to it.

Which do you think I should do?

My husband and I split 2 years ago when he left me for another woman. Hes since then, moved in with a second woman and had a child with her. My husband barely helps me with our son financially. He gives me have the money for his daycare but that's it. No other kind of child support. He let my house get foreclosed on and my car get repossessed (he told me he was making the payments and I didn't find out he wasn't until it was too late.)

I've applied to legal aid twice to try to get help with our divorce. Ive been rejected both times because I make too much money. But heres the thing. I'm a waitress at an assisted living residence. I make $8/hr no tips, and they wont give me more than 34hrs a week. Im barely getting by paying what bills I can and feeding and clothing my kid.

we've tried to agree on things and go forward with a dissolution but we cant agree because he wants to either take my kid from me and only give him to me 2 days a week or to not have to pay any kind of child support including the money hes been giving me for our sons daycare.

i'm drowning here.

are there any other resources that I maybe don't know about?

My husband left over a year ago. He's currently living with his knocked up girlfriend. He took all our money and assets so I've been living pay check to pay check and borrowing money from my family to get my son and myself by. I need the divorce to be final. I need him to pay child support (he has our son every Saturday from 7pm to Sun at 5pm). I pay for all his clothes, daycare, toys, everything. The only thing he pays for is his meals during the time he has him. And honestly its hurting my pride to be legally married to him anymore. He prides his girlfriend around in front of our friends and family and its just embarrassing.

What can I do to make this legal without going broke?

My husband and I are separating. We agreed to both leave the house and sell it. He moved out and I'm in process of moving. I recently found out the his got his girlfriend pregnant. She has a child of her own and he and I have a child together. He and his girlfriend currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment. Thats 5 people in a small 2 bedroom apartment (on the days he has our son anyways) Well the way he's been acting i'm starting to get the impression that he's going to try to move him and his girlfriend in as soon as I move out.

Our agreement was that neither one of us will live there and that we would sell. Our separation hasn't become legal yet, and we haven't put the house up for sale yet. He told me that if I get a contract of some kind saying everything we agreed on he will sign it. The house is in both of our names.

Somebody please help me. He's already taken everything else from me. All of our cars and other assets were in his name and he's screwed me out of all our money and vehicles and even broke into the house when I was at work and took all of our electronics and anything worth money. (I contacted the police but they said since his names on the house its not breaking in and that the things he took were marital assets.)

We bought a car a few years ago together when we were married. Its only in his name for reasons that i can't remember. We were both putting money towards it up until we split. We have a 3yr old child whos in my care 90% of the time. He stays with me all but 1 night a week.

We're not currently legally divorced or separated.

he agreed when he first left that he'd pay for the house and car and let me stay in the house and keep the car. (Not that its a legal document or anything but this was via text and i printed them out and have hard copies of them.)

So every time an argument comes up he threatens to take the car from me. Is he able to do that? I've been told that is he because its in his name, and that hes not because its a marital asset and because he can't take my only means of transportation away because i'm the one caring for our son.

I'm currently waiting to hear back from legal aid so that i can get help with getting the divorce.

my husband got out of Afghanistan a year ago this past July. As far as he'll tell me he was never around any actual combat. Since he's been home he's been a lot angrier with me. Like whatever i do he's not happy and he explodes in anger about the smallest thing. Recently he told me that he's completely miserable with me and wants a divorce. This was a huge shock to me. I mean i knew he was angerier but i just didn't see it coming. Well its been 3weeks since then and he just moved out of the house yesterday. Its been a long process. Anyways this whole time (sry for TMI) we've still been having sex. Not every night or anything but pretty regularly. Well now he's saying he's in love with this oter girl (who he's known for less than a month). I guess he told her he loved her for the first time yesterday, less than 24 hours after we had sex twice.. He's also cut out some of his friends who he's know for over 15years.

He used to be a very good man. Never lied, very faithful, always patient. Well since he's been back he's done a 180. I'm wondering if his actions could be caused by PTSD. My mother, his sister, myself, and one of his good friends who he had cut out all were wondering about it before the whole divorce thing came up. My mother in law did some googling and i guess some people suffering from it will take it out on the person closet to them (me.).

My question is, do you think his crazy personality change and anger towards me could be caused by PTSD? If so how do i convince him to get help? I;ve approached him about it before but he just blows it off and says i'm wrong.

one person told me i should leave our guppy in the tank with the other fish and just let the other fish eat the babies. I can't do that. It just seems wrong to me. But i also don't have anywhere to keep 50some baby guppies. What do people usually do with the babies?

I was thinking about going to petco or petsmart and talking to them, or maybe to a different pet store. I have a friend who wants to take 1 or 2 of the babies but thats it.

any ideas?

i'm 99% sure shes pregnant. shes very bloated and has those black spots on the back of her stomach. we've never had to deal with fish reproducing before so i'm a little unsure of how to handle it. we're moving her to a seperate tank so that our other fish don't eat her babies, but besides that i'm at a loss. should we move the male guppy with her? or just move her? is there anything special we need to do beside move her? we have one of those small 1gal betta tanks that is currently empty, can we put her in that or should we go buy a fish nursery? any info would be great!! thanks!!

i was mowing the lawn yesterday and when i got inside i noted my face, and shoulders were a little red. i didn't think much of it because i was barely red and i've burnt MUCH worse than this before. Today i noticed the top of my right shoulder is bruising right were the sunburn was yesterday. is this a big deal? i'm not really sure who to think about it. i've been keeping aloe on it and the rest of my burns, but i really don't even feel the sunburn except were the bruise is.
