A colleague at work told another colleague he had installed some new hardrives and when checking the equipment wasn't installed. He then questioned the colleague and colleague said he installed it in a particular part of the building...he changed his story 4 times. 

Incident was then reported to a senior manager who interviewed the employee and he this time said he installed them in a different location as previously mentioned, again they were not installed there, however the product was similar but serial numbers were different and did not match. So they suspended him pending investigation. 

The company where the goods were purchased from confirmed the serial numbers of the new products and they did not match the ones installed around the building. 

Does the company have enough evidence to fire him? Does this make him guilty of theft? Is there any way out for him? Will he keep his job?

I left her while at university (200😍 because I was to scared to tell her my feelings. And was scared to lose her as a friend incase it all went pear shaped.

Last year I saw her in McDonalds, took her number and started texting her in February. I finally met up her two weeks ago.
