I would like to strengthen my muscles and build some new ones if possible. With this I mean the muscles in my legs, arms and my abs. For this, I'm looking for a website or something which offers a variaty of exercises, with a good explanation and maybe even some photos. Can someone help me? Thanks!

Since English isn't my primary language, I was woundering if there is a difference between the forest and the woods.

Here in Belgium a bicycle is a rather common means of transportation. I, for example, go to work on my bike (33 km in total every day), and children learn to ride a bike at a young age. I was woundering is this is the same in other countries, or if bikes are more seen as something you use for sports than to get from one place to another?

I have a James Dean group and when I do a Yahoo! Group search on 'James Dean' it doesn't show up in the list. Does anyone know why that can be, or how I can make it show up? Thanks!
