We purchased a blazer from a guy who said he just rebuilt the motor. Said he did a full overhaul. It passed inspection we live approx 150 miles from the guy. Got it all the way home and it started acting up wanting to cut out. Took it to shop guy checked fuel filter-pump, changed oil, and found out that the guy didn't do what he said he did to the motor. The spark plugs were so old that they were almost rusted to the motor and I have never seen a spark plug so rusted up before,, there were a few other issues such as he rewired some started wires wrong and caused them to melt,, we just had to spend another approx $1000 getting these issues worked out that the guy said he had done. He stood there and told us that he re built this engine and completely over hauled everything,, He lied and have enough witnesses to prove it.

Is this something I can just go to the court house about,, or is it one of those things I got to get a lawyer and pray for the best ??

And to add to it after spending all this money to do what the guy said he already did the car is still wanting to cut out terribly when in low gear (going under 30mph,, when you turn a corner or go up a hill ect.) We have had it diagnosed 2 times getting ready for a 3rd and so far no one hasn't figured out the problem.

My refund was supposed to be deposited on the 8th of Feb this year. The IRS gov website says it was,, I have tried to call IRS and talk to a real person and I just keep getting a automated response that says it was deposited on the 8th. I have called the bank about everyday since the 8th and they keep saying they have not seen a deposit yet. IRS site told me if there was anything wrong to call my bank or tax provider,, I used H&R and they have finally decided they dont' know to call IRS or the bank,, the bank tells me to call IRS ,, and the IRS recording keeps telling me to call bank or H&R,,,,,I heard there was delays this year 2012 because IRS had new software or something,, my mother in law filled about same time and me and she got her refund today,, I called my bank and they still say they see nothing ??? Help,, I am out of ideas

Wanting to know if there is some special feed you can feed a boar (pig) to make his tusks grow longer ? A certain type of mineral or supplement. Have been looking online but we just keep finding articles on wild boars. They are just being fed cracked corn right now if that helps,,

Wanting to go back to college hoping for degree in Equine nutrition or Equine pre vet, , right now I am leaning towards the nutrition. I am wanting to get what classes I can out of the way online. Then in a year or so when I get a little more time I can start going to a campus.

I have searched online for different colleges where I can attain some of these online classes to start working on the degree, and the search results I keep getting are for certifications or places that are not acknowledged by the Federal school system. (those pay $5000 take their courses then they will give a certificate that says you have a bachelors degree in their course, ,I can print up a cert that says the same thing)

so I am trying to find a university/college that offers these programs that offers some of their classes online so I can get started, then I can finish it up on campus. the more I can get done online the better, , ,

Our friend just past away and he has a younger son, and his son told us that he wants to make sure a certain song is sung at the funeral but he can't remember what it is.

All he remembers is that it has the lyrics "oh daddy how I miss you" and it is a religious song. Well he has us all searching trying to find this request for him but so far we have not had any luck

If anyone out there might know this song or have an idea of where to look for it, we have looked on a few different song finder sites but so far haven't found anything close.

I just got a filly that had some nerve damage to her face, vet gives her 80% chance of full recovery since the only part of her face that is effected is her lower lip

He said to keep her on a mash feed to keep her eating, and she can slowly get some hay down.

Vet suggested a well soaked beat pulp mixture but it isn't working.

She was a little thin when I got her, vet said some of it could of been from stress of her injury or from past owners not feeding her right.

Well I think she has lost a little more weight, and we try to keep feed in front of her at all times with plenty of water, she can get a mouth full of food but seems like at least 1/2 of it falls out when she eats.

This is a really nice mare, good natured, I really want her to have a chance but I feel at this point it is just a matter of time before we are going to have to put her down, I have read about these injuries where after a year the horse has fully recovered.

I need some tips on what I can include in her feed, or a better way to get some feed into her to give her the chance, she is still spirited and don't have the given up attitude.

Please any help would be very appreciated right now.

I went and picked up a 6yr grualla apha filly, the owners said she was bred that is why they didn't want her. They said she had been in pasture and got exposed to a stud acidentlly and when they had her checked it was said possible twins. They were going to send her to sale barn so I took her in. They said that she could have the foals anytime until christmas. We have just had her here a couple days, the day after I got her home she aborted a foal the size of a full grown lab, it of course didn't make it. Her bag was not full, a little wax on tips of teets but that was all. We assumed that was it, scheduled her a vet check and he will be here in two days to look at her, he said that if she was pregnant with twins she would of aborted them both.

Well went out to check on her today and she was pacing in her lot alittle and I thought I saw her belly quiver funny. I went in and her teets are leaking the clear fluid and she has a very small bloody discharge from her vulva. Vet can be here this afternoon he said keep an eye on her.

I don't raise many foals, most foals I raise are accidents from buying a mare that is not bred who turns out to be bred. I have foaled a few but not that many and few mares foal alike, so what do you think is going on?? Her belly is still really big you think that she is going to have another foal or what do you think is going on. From the movement in her belly if there is a foal in there I would say it is close to a full sized foal. I don't want to palpate her, I have done all that with cattle but never tried with a horse.

We had some people over for a trail ride yesterday and they left their horses tied to the trailer just past our house over night where they were camping. this morning they came running to the house one of their horses got tanged and fell down no idea how long their horse has been down, I guess they didn't hear the comotion??

Anyway I got the horse up and got her walking she was shaky but a fighter so she is moving and looks good on that part, no injuries it looks BUT,

she was tied with a rope halter and it had put pressure on her nose bridge, and her lips and nose were numb, I called the vet he is out on call and will call as soon as he is on his way I just want to know if there is anything I can do while I wait for him.

It has been about 40 min since I found her she is moving okay, and trying to eat she is drinking but her lips are numb so she cant grab the feed and her nose is numb enough that I stood out there for 30 min with my fingers in her nose holding her nostrils open so she can breathe, she is breathing on her on her own now,

any tricks to getting feeling in her face quicker??? Like I said the vet might be here in 30 min or longer so I am wanting to do all I can for this horse until he gets here.

Please any suggestions will help.
