Hi all I have A dumper doesn’t really matter what it is though, it has a Perkins engine on it and basic system works in order of

Fuel tank

Fuel bowl

Fuel pump (lift pump)

Fuel filter

High-pressure injector pump

If that doesn’t make sense It is not a common rail system

So question is how much of a constant Flow of fuel should Be coming out of the lift pump (The lift pump is driven off the crankshaft ((i think))) at the moment it gives like a slowish pump every couple of seconds not sure if that is correct? I know a fair bit about engines but when it comes to the inside of an injector pump I understand the principle but don’t really want to start taking them apart. Anyone that knows about engines knows that the fuel pump used these days are electrical. I don’t know a lot about lift pumps (mechanical) so would be helpful if someone could in lighten me :)

Things to consider:

Its old

There is no fuel at the injectors

There is fuel into the injector pump (as above slowish)

Not firing at all

Turns over well

Worked when I parked it up :)

I have quite a big house with thick walls the rueter does not transmit wireless signal through the entire house. I got one of these mains Internet extender. I can get Internet in the entire house now. But as I move from one part of the house to the other I lose signal for a second while it connect to the other Rueter/extender. Is there any possible way that anyone knows of, to sort this out so it s a continuous Internet signal?

My 306 HID meridian lights all stop working apart from the brake lights and reversing lights + the fan stop working as well + the air con and recirculate light stop working I've checked the bulbs and they were all fine I checked the voltage coming out at the light connector no voltage check the voltage into the switch one voltage in no voltage out when all switches are turned on indicator part still works all fine Does anyone have any ideas could help

all fuses good

there were one 40A fuses gone in the bonnet a light fuses replaced it did not go again but still no lights

Does anyone know how many Voltages in are They're meant to be Into the Stalk switch for the lights

i have a kingston USB stick (DTR500) it will not show up on my PS3 i have labeled a file VIDEO but it still does not show up on the ps3 anywhere. the stick is deffinately in as the light is flashing. i have formatted it several times to fat32 and others and it still wont show up.

what am i doing wrong? can anyone help?

im having problems reinstalling solidworks 2011 after uninstalling it through the control panel and then searching the computer for any files with solidworks in the title and deleteing them. when i try to re-install the program, it comes up with an error message saying

"Installation project error: The project file does not exist (C:\windows\SolidWorks\IM_20110-40000-1100-200\sldim\)

Notify your administrator. {14000}"

can anyone help me with this problem? any idea what ive done?
