I know everybody talks about gamemaker, blitz3d, and darkbasis but I want to try one of the more proffesional languages that would be used in the companys, I also want to work with a language that I can make games(mainly 2d, maybe basic 3d) on my own and not have to work with others, please don't say c++, I do like C but not C++.

I was thinking either Python, Perl, Java, VB, C#, JavaScript, etc.

I don't mind how easy the langauge is as long as it is a proffesional language if you know what I mean.

So please I must say again no gamemaker,darkbasic,blitzbasic,blitz3d, Multimedia Fushion, Games Factory, etc.

Also for the language you think I should do, please can you suggest a book to learn it with or at a least a website full of tutorials, or video dvd.

PS: I have had very, very little experience in programming, basically just done bits of vbscript, vb6, DarkBasic, and typed a hello world program in C.

Looking for a movie where a man can transform into a crow and in the end of the movie kills the man he's getting revenge against by driving his car into a brick wall with the man inside, while the hero transforms into a crow and flies away.

I have done some programming in the past on VB6 and DarkBasic.

It's been a while since I last used those programs, and my projects were only small, with the most minimal coding.

So you could call me a beginner in the programming field, anyway sometime I would like to eventually make games like Donkey Kong Country or Bubsy.

I was wondering what language would you recommend, and can you recommend any books for that language.

Some that I have considered are Unity 3d(Boo, JavaScript, C#) , GameMaker(GML), Multimedia Fusion 2, Visual Basic, Torque, DarkBasic Pro, BlitzBasic, Blitz3d, QBasic, QB64, Java, Python.

Also can you recommend any books/video tutorials on the language that you say is best for me?

Hi 1 year ago I got a xbox360, I have played it probably four times since then, which would add up to about 18 hours of playtime or less, anyway I was just playing it recently and within an hour of playing it is creating more fan noise then usual like it's overheating, then I felt it and it was so hot!!, anyway I was wondering is it because I only play it on occasions that this is happening, and should I be worried?

Is it possible that some of my memory's could not of happened?, and how is this possible, and is it normal?, and how do I know what is a fake memory or not.

Hi 8 years ago, a person asked me a question, 8 years forward I repeated to him the question and he remembered nearly all of it except one bit, so when I got to that part he interrupted me and said "There, see your exaggerating", I'm just wondering is it possible since he can not remember that part of the conversation, there is something wrong with my brain or memory?, and can my brain repair itself if I get into Nueroplasticity ?

Hey a while ago, a guy from my church asked me if this ex-girlfriend of mine was still chasing me, we were interrupted and I never got to ask him what he had meant by the question, a couple years later my OCD got really bad and I felt that the reason he asked was because he knew something I did not, so I pursued in asking him the question " Why did you ask me whether my ex-girlfriend was still chasing me" once my dad asked him to which he started talking about his mother, and how he had a hard life growing up(keep in mind this guy is in his late forties,early fifties). When I asked him he said the same to me as he did to my dad and then mentioned that there just was a women in his past who was chasing him, and then we were interrupted AGAIN.

A year passed and I asked him again, to which he said "you know sometimes you see familiar faces, when your shopping or walking around church or in church" and then he would change the subject. I rang him up 6 weeks later and explained to him I did not understand and would he reiterate or expand on the answer to which he gave me an example and said " you know, like when I was shopping last week I met up with two friends in the local shop"

I explained to him that the answer he gave did not make sense and asked why had he given me different answers before, to which he went crazy and started abusing me on the phone, I ended up hanging up on him because I could not take any more screaming and shouting.

So to sum up,

He asked me a question regarding whether or not an old girlfriend(who was chasing me) was still chasing me.

and when I asked him to explain what he meant years later, he ended up giving me a answer that did not make sense, unless the question he asked was

"Have you seen that woman?"

Unfortuneatelly that was not the question he originally asked, and so that answer he gave me was wrong too.

Do other people do stuff like this, and can you give some examples?
