I have an internet download speed of 13 mbps but bitlord is downloading a file at the speed of 24 kbps. Why ? Is my internet service provider cheating me ?

And yes all my downloads before had a good speed atleast 2-10 mbps

please give reasons for your answer and if you are going to suggest some more laptops the any brand is accepted but ram should not be lower than 4gb and the laptop should be touch screen and it should be HD also which is a better graphic / video card radeon or intel. I am looking for a hi speed and probably a in budget gaming laptop and the price should be within 56000 INR.

I downloaded a MP3 vid or some other format then to covert it into a MP4 I used VLC Media Player

I did Media > Convert/save > DVD > Audio MP3 > Save > Start

It was then converted into a MP4 file atlest that is what I think but my PSP still says unsupported data format I have placed it in the correct place. Please help and if you tell me to download a converter then please give the links to download it and give a link to a guide or a vid for that.

Well I know t hat eczema doesn't have a cure but do people having eczema get married ? Is there a special website or something for such folks also I wanted to know that my son who is having eczema will he ever get married . That too in India people are usually narrow minded about such things . Right now he is 16. Is it possible that there is a matrimonil website for people like my son etc. Please no rude comments.
