I lost about 15 pounds in my first trimester I'm normally 127 and went to 112 now I'm back to around 128 I recently gained it all back but i only have a small baby bump and barely showing is that normal ? :/ ppl say I'm small

I thought I was pregnant ,Today i was about 9 days late on my period and i just started bleeding today unfortunately Assuming im not prego ... And yesterday lil clear liquid came out of my boobs everytime I squeeze Now it does that thought it was colustrum but I'm guessing I'm not pregnant what is the cause ? I'm 21 years old never been pregnant not on birth control or anything and am pretty healthy ... Not sure if I should go to the doctors

Hello I'm 21 years old and had my last period on Oct 20-25 , and had intercourse on nov 5 while I was fertile. Ever sense then I've had all these symptoms that I've never had before, sensitive gums, constipation , change of appetite and have been burping n passing gas excessively!!'and last few days have been nauseas wanting to throw up . But a couple days ago before my period was suppose to start when I peed I wiped and there had been brownish blood then the next two days up until today each time I pee a couple of drops of blood come out not sure if I could be pregnant or If I should test have read a lot.
