so i was in an art studio painting, and i had a bottle of indian ink sitting by my keyboard. Recently about two weeks ago i began working out at the gym, I go monday, wednesday and friday for 1 and a half hours. On thursday i take hiphop for an hour, or zumba.

I do 100 lunges

100 squats ( with 18 pound barbell on my shoulder )

100 step ups

I go on the stair stepper for 30 minutes

and 20 minutes of ellipticals

and 10 lifting weights.

what im aiming for -

large butt

thicker thighs

small waist

flat stomach

toned back

how long until i see results? and is my workout going to give me what im aiming for?

To start off;

i just got a gym membership and so far i go to the gym about four times a week and walk on the tredmill for 20 minutes, do 100 squats, step on the stairstepper for 25 minutes,do cardio for 20 minutes and then stretch.

but i don't feel like it's getting me anywhere, can anyone provide me with a four day workout plan that will help me achieve my goals ( as posted up there )
