every time i swallow my throat hurts and then about a second later the middle of my chest hurts my chest also hurts when i take a deep breath. it all started when i was playing football with a bunch of my friends and i got hit and landed on the side of my head and shoulder and my chest landed on the ball it knocked the wind out of me, but we also played for about 3-4 hours. it hurts mostly when i drink, not as bad when i'm eating. but is noticed the pain after the game, could it be that we played so long and i kept playing even though i had gotten out of breath? or is it more likely that the hit caused it?

for about a month now i have had reddish rash like dots on my inner thighs, and it's unbearably itchy and now there are a few spots on my penis but there isn't any fluid in them or anything, they're just extremely itchy, im not sexually active, so i wouldn't think it would be an STD, i just want to know how to make it stop. The skin on my inner thighs also kind of looks dry but i've put Vaseline on it to see if it would help and it did for about an hour but then it started itching again, but occasionally my penis head will be dry and will have dry skin on it and it just kind of flakes off, so after i get out of the shower i usually put lotion or something on it to see if it helps but again it only helps for about an hour. My mom also has dogs and they have fleas, so i don't know if fleas could have bit me while i was sleeping or something, because it kind of feels like a flea bite, and has the itchiness of a flea bite. If anyone has any idea of what this could be i would be extremely grateful to know what to do to possibly get it to go away.
