I have 2 goats, and they dont have horns(disbudded when i got them) And the goat Im thinking about gettin to go with them has horns, and I dont want her to injer them. I have heard of banding the horns off. I was thinking that i could take her to the vet an get them banded and then when they start to grow back go and get them off permenatly. Help.

Misquetos are bitting my chickens eyes at night when they sleep. I spary the house at night with bug stuff for chicken houses but that doesnt do nothing for there prexisting bites. They scratch them and make them infected and then they sweell up. I put anti itch stuff on the but it oesnt work. How can i help them. It doesnt affect my standard breeds, but its killing my bantams. I have alreay lost over 10. And i love my chickens, but i have wayyyy to many for a vet. No neggativitey ples.

Plez, i need help. I have had chickens since i was in kindergarden, im 14 now. And just recently my dad has become mean and wont help me build a chicken coop thats off the ground for my silkies. I dont want them on the ground bc every time i keep silkies in a pen like my other chickens, something eats/kills them. What I need to know i how to use a power saw. I know how to use a manual 1, Im scared of an electric, but a manual 1 would take to long to cut wood. Also i need help on how to use a drill. I have a very hard time putting screws in hard wood. Normally i keep my chickens on the ground, but with the fox numbers growing, and with them just attacked my chickens last month, i reall need pens off the ground. thanks.

Ok so Im thinking about getting a couple of ponies to go on my animal farm lol. so far i have chickens, which i have owned since i started kindergarden. And goats add in april, and 1 pig. And dogs and cats. And rabbits. I was wondering how to take care of a horse and what tyype of meds to give them and how often to reshoe them. I figred id see if there alot of work or not i know my goat are. Thanks

I have 5 mallards 1 male and 4 females. My male duck was grown when i got him. And i raised the females from babies. But when they started getting feathers they all had the feathers of a female. But now that they r about 3months, 2 of thems feathers on there head is turnin green and their feathers on the back is turning gray.

like a splash old english bantam with a cornish bantam and a blue old english bantam. Because i created 2. Hen and rooster. I know they arnt pure but they look exactly like 1.

But they both died, the rooster was liying in the pen dead, and the hen got ate by a possum. :(
