What is A&E?
Before reading answers on YA! I have never heard of A&E, except to mean Arts & Entertainment. I see alot of answers here where people are advising someone to go to the A&E. I assume it is some sort of doctors office or ER. So, when did A&E become a common phase for a doctors office?
