soo my friend gave me a red Tylenol because I had a headache, But now im flipping out that it might be a drug. I took it about 10 mins ago, Nothings happening but im scared. Any advice

I get paranoid alot

I had a crush on a girl Rebecca who was 23 and I was 18 and we could not date because of our age difference. We always hungout and always talked for 6 months . But one day she told me that we couldn't hangout anymore because she felt like I was liking her way to much, so we stopped talking and 2 weekes later I started dating a girl my age. So then Rebecca would text me little by little but now, she ignores me an acts like she doesn't wanna text me anymore.. why is she acting like that???
