I own a pet store and would like to start offering shots to dogs and cats at a very affordable price because there are so many people that have dogs and cats that dont take them to get there shots or even to the vet for a check up because its to expensive, so i thought if i could do i would do them really cheap for the people that couldnt afford them otherwise. OH yeah and i used to give dogs and cats there shots when i worked for another pet store about 8 years ago. so just let me know thanks

a friend had a truck towed to a mechanic for me and they said it would be 3-4weeks before they could look at it. well a month went by and they called me and said that it was fixed and had been sitting there and they want to charge me a storage fee. A. I never gave them permission to work on my vehicle, i actually never even talked to them until after it was finished my friend is the one that had it towed there for me. B. The bill is way higher than it should have been in the first place and i would have never allowed them to do the work had i known the cost. what can i do if anything??? thanks for your help

I would like to sell and wait for it to go back down so i can buy more shares, but am not sure when to sell. any help is appreciated Im a newbie at the market.

i was thinking of reffeling off my home for $10 tickets. now i would take the min. of 13000 tickets. because i could sell the house for about $130,000. i am thinking of this because of the slow market and my need to sell soon. My concern is i bought this home 1.5yr ago and paid $110k and now its worth $135k. i will have to pay capital gain on the home i believe because i havent lived there 2yrs. so i figured it would be cheaper tax wise to raffel the house off and sell 13000-$10 ticketswhich equals=$130K i get what i want and someone wins a house for $10. but how much would i have to pay in taxes on that 130K. that i wouldnt have to pay if i just sold the house outright and paid the CGT on like $20K. any suggestions or help is appr. thanks
