MY CPU is 2.0 GHz, Why it Run on 2.61 GHz. i didn t Overclock it.?
I have "Intel Dual core E2180@2.0 GHz CPU" which is 7 years old .
last hour i just remove dust from my computer. and now i see in tne Task manager that my CPU is run on 2.61 GHz speed.
I Did not Over-clocked it, neither i have any Costly Liquid CPU cooler. just run with Stock CPU cooler. Even i have remove the thermal Paste From the top of CPU.
so why it Run on More than Stock Speed ????

GPU-Z show CUDA enable but in Video Converting Software CUDA Disable.?
i have a GPU (Graphic Card) NVIDIA GT 730 2 GB DDR5 Zotac Edition.
In GPU-z its Show that CUDA is Enable.
But in other Video Conversion Software CUDA is Disable.
Why this Happen ????
