  • 3rd Year 12-Team Auction Dynasty (Head-to-Head Categories)?

10 owners are returning from last season (4 are from the original season). Here are the highlights; let me know what questions you have.

    Hosted on FanTrax

    Auction Draft on March 26th

Hitting Cats: R, RBI, HR, SB, AVG, OPS

Pitching Cats: QS, W, K, SV+(HD/2), ERA, WHIP

10 Minor League spots (15 pending league vote)

    Head-to-Head, win for each category

Winners of "MVP" and "Cy Young" Award for manager who wins roto-style competition at the end of the year for hitting and pitching categories

$10 minimum fee to cover cost of league ($20/owner pending league vote. If $10, the remainder will go to the league champion. If $20, possibly 60-20-10-10 split between Champion, Runner-Up, Cy Young, and MVP winners. Again, pending league vote)

Innings Pitched Limit is 80 IP/week

    Daily Lineup

I have one owner who is interested. First one to commit gets first dibs on team. These are the two available rosters.

  • PSP won't charge?

I received a PSP for free from a friend, but the battery had expanded inside and wouldn't hold a charge. So I bought a new battery which I just put in tonight. But when I plugged the PSP IN, I got a blinking orange light and that battery still wouldn't charge.

The PSP turns on if it is plugged into the wall outlet, but for some reason, it won't charge, and it isn't the batter as the battery is brand new out if the box as of two hours ago.

    Any help would be amazing.

  • Rate My Fantasy Football Team?

ESPN League. Standard Scoring. 10 Teams

    PLAYER (ROUND DRAFTED)

    Cam Newton (4)

    Marshawn Lynch (1)

    Trent Richardson (5)

    Bishop Sankey (6)

    Shane Vereen (7)

    Toby Gerhart (9)

    Tre Mason (11)

    Latavius Murray (13)

    Dez Bryant (2)

    Julio Jones (3)

    Michael Floyd (8)

    Justin Hunter (12)

    Tavon Austin (15)

    Jordan Reed (10)

    Mason Crosby (14)

    Buccaneers (16)

Newton, Lynch, Bryant, Jones, and Reed are my clear starters. are my clear starters.

Of Richardson, Sankey, Vereen, and Gerhart, I am not sure who will come out as my RB2, but I drafted all of them to maximize my potential at striking goal. I believe Richardson will come back strong and Sankey has massive upside in the Titans offense. Vereen and Gerhart can be good plays in their own right.

Bryant and Jones are studs. Floyd could end up being the best option in the Cardinals pass-happy offense. Justin Hunter and Austin are sleepers. Hunter and Austin were both flyers. I am not particularly high on Austin, but he was available at 146 so I took him. Hunter has a ridiculous skill set and could become fantastic (love that word in this context).

I am obviously banking HARD on Jordan Reed. Worst case scenario, I stream TEs like I did two years ago. I am already streaming defenses, hence why I have the Bucaneers. I've been streaming kickers for the last couple of years, but I decided to just take one I could rely on a couple picks earlier

Anyway, let me know what you think of my team.

  • Final Fantasy Tactics or War of the Lions?

My question is which to play or which to play first. I understand War of the Lions (PSP) is a remake of the original FFT (PS). Is it an upgrade from the original or is basically the same game. Which one should I consider playing first?

  • How Does a Dynasty Draft Work in the 2nd Year?

We drafted and played the first year of a 16-team dynasty league. A couple trades of draft picks happened and now I do not know what happens with those.

Let's say Team-A trades a player and their 2nd round draft pick fir another player and a 5th round draft pick from Team-B. But since it is a dynasty league, both teams are keeping a lot of players. What happens to those draft picks? Do they get forfeited in favor of those players, meaning there was no point to the trade? How does all of this work?

Specifically, this league is in NFL.com, so if there are different ways these things are handled, that's the site I would like a specific answer for

  • Was Code Geass Dubbed?

Was the anime Code Geass ever dubbed into English and, if it was, how would you rate the dubbed version on a scale of 1-10? Is it worth watching in English or am I better off just using subtitles?

  • Who Will Be This Generation's Baseball Hall of Famers?

You have a team of 5 starting pitchers, 2 catchers, 6 infielders, 5 outfielders, and as many relief pitchers as you would like. Your goal is to fill that team with this generation's players who most deserve, or will most deserve, to be in the hall of fame.. Who would you put on your team based on who deserves it? The only criterion is that the player has to be at least three seasons into his career (or else he will be considered NEXT generation i.e. Mike Trout) and at least three seasons from retirement (or else he is at the end of the LAST generation i.e. Torri Hunter)

Here is my answer based on who I think best defined their position for this generation and who excelled at it (I only half finished this since who cares?)

    C: Yadier Molina, Buster Posey

    1B: Joey Votto

    2B: Dustin Pedroia, Robinson Cano

    3B: Adrian Beltre, Miguel Cabrera

SS: Troy Tulowitzki (if he stays healthy, otherwise I'd give it to Hanley Ramirez)

OF: Andrew McCutchen, Carlos Beltran (Does he have three years left??), Carlos Gonzalez, Ryan Braun (steroids could mar this),

SP: Clayton Kershaw, Felix Hernandez, Madison Bumgarner, David Price, Adam Wainwright

    RP: Craig Kimbrel, Koji Uehara,

Let's see who can come up with other noteworthy names and rosters worthy of consideration.

  • Who Should I Keep in my Football League?

Honestly, I just want to brag how how badly I wrecked my league last year. In my 10-team, standard scoring, 3 IDP league, here are my options for keepers. Who should I keep (I get to keep 3 of them).

    Peyton Manning

    Cam Newton

    Colin Kaepernick

    Arian Foster

    CJ Spiller

    Trent Richardson

    Julio Jones

    Victor Cruz

    Randall Cobb

Lance Moore (I know his secret!)

    Rob Gronkowski

    Jimmy Graham

For good measure, here are my defenders:

    Daryl Washington

    Luke Kuechly

    Patrick Willis

    Charles Tillman

So maybe you see why I'm having problems?

  • Even Fantasy Football Trade?

I'm in a 10-team autodraft league on NFL.com (standard positions and points)My opponent basically got the roster I wanted, so I'm going for a pretty large trade with him. First, here are the the teams

    TEAM 1

    Colin Kaepernick

    Josh Freeman

    Darren McFadden

    Alfred Morris

    Lamar Miller

    David Wilson

    Ronnie Hillman

    Pierre Thomas

    Brandon Marshall

    Vincent Jackson

    Eric Decker

    Kenny Britt

    Brian Hartline

    Heath Miller

    San Francisco

    TEAM 2

    Peyton Manning

    Tony Romo

    Jamaal Charles

    Steven Ridley

    Chris Ivory

    Daryl Richardson

    Danny Woodhead

    Dez Bryant

    Antonio Brown

    Justin Blackmon (Suspended 4 games)

    Mike Williams

    Randy Bullock

    Denver Broncos

    Cleavland Browns

    The trade would be this:

TEAM 1 GIVES: Josh Freeman, Alfred Morris, Vincent Jackson, and Eric Decker

TEAM 2 GIVES: Tony Romo, Jamaal Charles, Dez Bryant, and Justin Blackmon

Is this a fair trade? Which side would you rather be on?

Would it be more fair if Team 1 gave Brandon Marshall instead of Vincent Jackson?

Is there a better way to make this a fair trade?

  • Can You Give Me Some Opinions on These Trade Possibilities?

I'm in a REALLY shallow 6-team dynasty league with 31-man rosters (could go up to 40-man next year). My current roster is

    C Buster Posey

    C Salvador Perez

    1B Joey Votto

    1B Freddie Freeman

    1B Justin Morneau

    2B Dustin Pedroia

    2B Dan Uggla

    3B Aramis Ramirez

    3B Todd Frazier

    3B Brett Lawrie

    SS Troy Tulowitzki

    SS Jean Segura

    OF Andrew McCutchen

    OF Carlos Gonzalez

    OF Norichika Aoki

    OF Matt Holliday

    OF Austin Jackson

    OF Nelson Cruz

    OF Hunter Pence

    OF Adam Jones

    DL Cory Hart

    SP Gio Gonzalez

    SP Madison Bumgarner

    SP Kris Medlen

    SP Jeff Samardzija

    SP Matt Harvey

    SP Mike Minor

    SP Homer Bailey

    RP Craig Kimbrel

    RP Sergio Romo

    RP Rafael Betancourt

    RP Greg Holland

I've got a pretty good mix of young talent with proven veterans, so I like where I am, but I think I can do more. I want to try to acquire a few other players and here's what I'm thinking. I want some opinions on whether you thinks these trades are a) fair and b) beneficial to me.

    TRADE 1

I get: Matt Kemp, Jason Heyward, Rafael Soriano

I give: Craig Kimbrel, Matt Holliday, Norichika Aoki

REASONING: Saves are always unpredictable and in a league this side, I can find them anywhere, so I'm not really that torn up over giving up Kimbrel, especially not for Soriano. Heyward is only 23 and I want to be dominant for the next 7 years, so I would love to have him as his power will only improve. Kemp has shown how great he can be, but has been plagued by injury, so I'm hoping to get him cheap.

    TRADE 2

I get: Giancarlo Stanton, Ian Desmond

    I give: Andrew McCutchen

McCutchen is due for a regression, especially since he plays in a bad lineup and in PNC. Stanton is only 23 and his stock can only rise, especially if he gets traded for Profar in Texas as rumors have suggested he might. I don't know if I really want Desmond since I have a current SS (Tulo) and a future SS (Segura) and Profar is still sitting around on the FA. The other option would be getting Stanton and Jackie Bradley, another young player who I've been impressed with, especially in plate discipline. Not sure I want to part with McCutchen though.

    TRADE 3

I get: Evan Longoria, Matt Cain, Jason Kipnis

    I give: ???

These are some guys I would like to pick up. Kipnis is still pretty young and he looked great over the first half last year. Longoria is in a terrible lineup, but is still a great player. Cain is one of the best pitchers in MLB, so I would like to add his arm to my rotation so I can have a little solidarity to my ERA (I stream pitchers). However, I don't know what to give in order to get these players.

    TRADE 4

    I get: Bryce Harper

    I give: ???

I would LOVE to have Harper, but I'm having trouble objectively looking at my team and trying to decide who I would and should be willing to give up for him

Do you think these trades will help or hinder me in the present and in the long?

  • Who Should I Target in FA and Trades?

I just want to get some outside thoughts on who you think I should target via trade or free agency and who you think I should be most wiling to trade or drop entirely. 10-team, 5x5. Extra eligibility are in parentheses.

    C- Carlos Santana, CLE (1B)

    C- Wilin Rosario, COL

    1B- Ike Davis, NYM

    1B- Justin Morneau

    2B- Jason Kipnis, CLE

    2B- Neil Walker, PIT

    3B- Adrian Beltre, TEX

    3B- Todd Frazier, CIN (3B)

    3B- Mike Moustakas, KC

    SS- Troy Tulowitzki, COL

    OF- Mike Trout, LAA

    OF- Jay Bruce, CIN

    OF- Matt Holliday, STL

    OF- Austin Jackson, DET

    OF- Colby Rasmus, TOR

    OF- Carlos Gomez, MIL

    P- Jordan Zimmerman, WAS

    P- Kris Medlen, ATL

    P- Jeff Samardzja, CHC

    P- Tim Lincecum, SFG

    P- Matt Harvey, NYM

    P- Jeremy Hellickson, TB

    P- Matt Harrison, TEX

    P- Marco Estrada, MIL

    P- Casey Janssen, TOR

    NOTES

I'm not overly concerned with pitching because I plan on streaming pitchers, but I'm open to thoughts on acquiring a higher-caliber pitching stud (meaning anyone better than Zimmermann). I'm not overly concerned with saves either. Someone is bound to get hurt and I'll pick up the next in line or else trade for a couple of decent relievers.

I'm not overly fond of either catcher or of Colby Rasmus, so your best shot at getting a best answer is to help me pawn them off on someone else.

Brandon McCarthy (P, ARI) just cleared waivers. Should I be willing to drop one of my pitchers for him and, if so, who should I drop?
