I had a business deal go bad and the person owes me $14,000. I have all the proof and know I could win a court case, but is there any point in going after them when they can just file bankruptcy?

I have a business deal that went sour with somebody I trusted and they ripped me off for $14,000. I have all the proof and them acknowledging they owe me the money. 

 I already have a lawyer. Is there anything I can do other than a hire a lawyer and get a piece of paper showing that they owe me money? Will anything criminally happen to them?

I buy and sell used cell phones for a living.  In October 2019 I had a  lady contact me and said that she has a Note 10 I bought it from her and then she started to reach out to me with friends wanting to sell to me. 

 I bought from them as well for about a month. Then she told me they were given new note 10s as a promotion from AT&T.  She said some of her employees had opted to sell them instead of keeping them. I bought about 20 of them from her everything went smoothly and i started to pay her before she brought the product. Still everything was going smoothly.   Then one day she told me that AT&T told her they were no longer allowed to sell the phones. She had a large sum of my money at the time she was supposed to pay for phones with.

Well she said she paid for the phones and got ripped off by several people. She has sworn up and down she is going to pay me back. About a month ago she sent me $500 .  Now she is saying she can only afford about $40 a week. So she's been sending me about $40 a week

I struggled to believe she handed all this money to these people that she works with and every single one of them ripped her off.  The only thing I can think of is to threaten to contact AT&T or contact AT&T on my own.

Would a company like AT&T do anything for me aside from just firing her?   I know they wouldn't  pay me but some how threaten her and make her pay me  or just get a better explination of who has my money

I'll be honest she is extremely attractive, but I want to ask her to lunch or something sometime . I just want to get to know her. If nothing else I think she would be a cool friend to have. I am 27 and shes about 30. If your a women how do you want a guy to ask to come off a simple professional relationship and try to get to know each other better?? I know I'm way overthinking this for being my age. I just don't want to come on to strong and lose her business

I'm 27 I got laid off from my last full time job a year ago. Now I buy and sell electronics from home and invest in real estate as a silent partner. I do decent for myself. I live a comfortable life.

I don't have a 9 to 5. Theres days I do sleep in and stay up late. Even though I make good money I feel like sometimes I'm living for the now and don't have any plans aside from wanting to go to grad school someday

Would a women see me as someone who just doesn't have a future or maybe not a lot of ambition? I really want to start dating, but sometimes I'm not sure I could face someone and really tell them what my goals are. Like where will I be in 5 years type questions. How big of a turn off is this?

7 years ago I met a girl my age.I totally fell for her. We talked for about a month and i asked her to dinner. She said yes. Once I got there I quickly realized she didn't think we were more than friends. About a week later she comes up saying she's dating someone else. It lasted about a month and she came back to me. She was very adamant we were just friends and after two months of seeing each other daily we had to part ways Pretty much she was dead set in being my best friend and I was convinced I loved her I told her I did but I wasnt likein love. Fast forward now 7 years we have not talked in 5 years. She got married 2 years ago. She actually tried to call me 2 weeks before her wedding 3 times and I didnt anwer She saw me at a funeral last year it was her first time seeing me in about 6 years she froze and I didnt say a word. When we got close in line to each other at this funeral she actually hid behind a wall trying to avoid looking at me. Even know she treated me so bad I still have many feeling for her I'm very thankful I didn't have it my way or we would be married it scares me it's been 7 years and I have not had feelings for anybody anywhere close to the feelings I had for her ever in my life. I was beat up and robbed and my car was taken. I was told to go to the police station to do a lineup and failed to pick the guy out. They said they cant do anything. So thats it the guy gets off?

Im really depressed about it and feel like its just going to happen again. The guy and his friends are trying to get a hold of me daily on facebook and all the police say is to ignore it

I'm not a big people person I don't have a lot of friends but I don't really like the idea being alone forever. I'm not gay whatsoever,but I just have no desire to meet a gil and do the "dating" thing.my friends make fun of me because I don't put myself out there because they think I'm a really nice guy I just don't want to I don't know how else to say it.

I sold a phone for $400 the buyer came back nearly 2 months later and said it broke and it was my fault because a missing part. They got angry because I wouldnt refund them. Now they have sold the item and said I can refund them the difference or they will take me to small claims for the difference. Theres no way the can sue over an item theyve sold and no longer even own correct?

I sued a guy for $350+$64 court fees i won

He never paid so i scheduled an asset hearing $100

The judge told us to go in the hall and discuss terms and comeback. He didn't not want to pay court fees so we went back in and she just let us go. Court clerk said to do another asset hearing. What's the point? I'm so lost. Shouldn't the judge have told him what he owes

Court clerk said i am entitled to court fees but what can I do if no one tells him ?

I have no time to sell on eBay so I pay a guy to do it for me. I send him pictures and info and he list it then I ship. We've done this for about 10 things with no problems. I told him to list an iPhone 5 and he did so it sold for over $300. Sense then we've sold about 10 things with no issues. Now it's been about a month and half and he says the buyer opened up a case saying he never got the phone and if we cant get tracking hell get a refund.

The guy is demanding I give him $300. He says I never provided him tracking.. I swear I did 110% sure I shipped. Its not even a debate. I remember making a special trip to ship it.

what do I do?? I really think hes trying to scam me he just threatens me and hasnt sent any proof theyve said anything. ..........What should I do if he post my number on public fourm so people text and call harassing me????? Any legal action I can take when he does that
