Average (below middle class) working Joe (thats my name too) trying to make an honest living in today's United States. I'm thankful for what I got but I'm striving for more. I have a PhD in Disfunctional Life Through the School of Hard Knocks and am working on a second in Ethics through the same University, thinking of transfering though. Ask me about anything, I'll be happy to share what I can.

In 2004 I was sentenced to 6 years in prison for a violent crime with a deadly weapon. While I was in the judge over my case held a kid at gun point because his daughter ran away for a few days. He was forced to resign his position as judge but after paying fines and restitution is still able to practice as an attourny. He never even got arrested. If the kid's dad came out and saw his son in this situation and shot or did harm to this judge do you think they would let him go? I think he would have gotten a lot of hard time in Indiana DOC. What do you think?
