Which Art class would help me most in becoming a doctor?
So I really want to be a doctor and i also LOVE art. What I want to know is which art class is going to help me most when I'm a doctor/surgeon.
~Should I choose Painting to help me control my hand movements when using a scalpel?
~Should I choose Life Drawing so I can be able to draw every part of the human body?
~Or should i choose ART 101 which is a basic history of art throughout all time periods? (not sure what it would help me with)
Any other suggestions will be happily accepted!
6 AnswersOther - Arts & Humanities7 years agoMy mom is constantly on the phone and stopped cooking, cleaning, and taking care of the kids?
My mom has always relied on me to take care of her four kids and clean most of the house which was enough work. I feel bad sometimes because all four of her kids honestly love me way more than their own mother. The youngest two (three year old twins) both sleep in the same bed as me. The other two (seven and nine) share a bunkbed in the same room with me while my mom gets a room all to herself. I give all of them baths, my mother hasn't given any of them baths in over two years and has practically never changed a diaper. All the kids started going to school this month so I have to get up at six in the morning to get all four kids ready and drive them to school. Then when I get back my mom tells me to clean the whole house while she just sits on Facebook or talks on the phone. She used to clean a lot and cook everyday but for the past month, she just locks herself in her room and talks on the phone for the ENTIRE day. When i go in to tell her something she either yells at me saying that she's on the phone or just flat out ignores me. She hasnt touched a pot or pan for a month. She's been having some problems with her husband but that is NO excuse to completely neglect your children and treat daughter like a maid and a babysitter. Whenever i leave the house for anything like to buy diapers or a cup of coffee, i come back to find that the kids wrecked the place and she's still in her room! Then she says "Please just take care of them they drove me crazy and pretends she's sick or has a migraine even though I've only been gone for 20 mins! Whenever they get loud or disrupt her phonecall she lashes out and hits them. I'm starting college in four days and Im scared to leave them alone with my mom which is why i'll be living at home. She's never been this dependent on me and she doesnt know how to take care of them. Im not overreacting everybody i know says the same thing that I'm the real mom and all she does is make the babies. I cant even talk to her she doesnt care.

I'm 18 years old and have had dairy products all my life all the time but for the past week I've been having diarrhea and I didn't know why until today. I had coffee with milk and half an hour later I was extremely bloated and gassy I was in so much pain and had diarrhea. Then I felt fine until 15 minutes ago I had a glass of milk and I feel bowel movement and I know I'm gonna have diarrhea soon. Am I lactose intolerant? And how could this be all of a sudden?
2 AnswersOther - Diseases8 years agoWhy am I feeling so shaky?
I didn't eat or drink all day and felt fine until I went to the movies and had a lot of buttery popcorn and a large soda. I stopped eating popcorn when my heart started to pound a little hard. Now two hours later I'm shaking and feel weak and my heart is pounding. I thought it could be hypoglycemia but I drank some sugary sodA and it didn't go away. Please help.
2 AnswersOther - Health8 years agoWhy do I have the worst luck in the world?
I go out to get a burrito and I hit a pole and end up with my bumper loose. I apply for financial aid months ago and I just find out that I have to resubmit my application. I paid for a plane ticket and find out Im still gonna be on vacation when college starts. I want to change my flight date but it costs $700 to change it and its non-refundable so I can't cancel it. So instead I want to change the campus for one that starts later but it doesn't have the biology class I need! Why do these things always happen to me all at once? I have the worst luck in the world!

2 AnswersHomework Help1 decade agoIdeas for this Native American Creation/Evolution Myth?
In my English class, I was assigned a Native American creation myth and my topic is "How the Snakes Came to be" so i have to make up a story on that topic. It should sound like something that was passed on through Native American oral tradition.
Any ideas?

Elevator Magic
A hillbilly family took a vacation to New York City. One day, the father took his son into a large building. They were amazed by everything they saw, especially the elevator at one end of the lobby. The boy asked, "What's this, Paw?"
The father responded, "Son, I have never seen anything like this in my life. I don't know what it is!"
While the boy and his father were watching in wide-eyed astonishment, an old lady in a wheelchair rolled up to the moving walls and pressed a button. The walls opened and the lady rolled between them into a small room. The walls closed and the boy and his father watched small circles of lights above the walls light up. They continued to watch the circles light up in the reverse direction. The walls opened again, and a voluptuous twenty-four-year old woman stepped out.
The father turned to his son and said, "Go get your maw!"
