The configuration is as follows:

Intel motherboard DG31PR

Intel Core 2 Duo processor

1.5 GB DDR2 RAM

When i turn on the pc the power LED turns on and processor LED turns on initially then switches off. The Fan keeps on running, and there is no display even intial display showing intel logo is not there. My Display device is working fine, i have checked it with other cpu.

Please explain it a little along with a techincal defination

I want to do some serious programming in C language, so i wanted to k.ow the best IDE that i should use, the IDE should involve features such as debugging, suggesting code blocks (just the same eclipse and netbeans ide's do in java). Ii seems very complex to me to install the eclipse IDE for C language, they direct me inst!ll many other softwares. And please don't suggest me TURBO C compiler or borland C compiler.

My sister tried patterns on pattern lock on my tablet too many times, then it got locked. I don't remember password for the google account and also my tablet is not under warranty. Someone advised me to reinstall the android on my tablet, but i don't know how to do it.

I have a beetel company modem model: "110TC1". Yesterday my internet stopped working (connecting). When wrote "ping" command to my modem, it gave me an error: "unable to contact IP Driver. General failure"

But when i use some other modem with my internet works fine.

I am using windows 7 os on my pc.

I talked to the customer care representatives, but they said that modem is dead and i need to purchase a new one. I know there has to be some way to fix it up, if some one could tell me how i would be very thank full. Thank you in advance

Before you start reading this out, you can consider me a great fool. Because i am feeling horrible at not knowing these simple things. Now my question is that some one told me this:

"Prepare a face pack with a fruit(apple,papaya,banana) and rose water/milk and apply on our face. Wash after 20 mins.

Now can anyone please tell in detail how to prepare a face pack and how to wash my face with gram flour and last how to make paste of mint leaves.Please do specify the amount of ingredients i shall use and timing, please consider me a fool, and give a full detailed specification. The person with most detailed and understandable reply is directly eligible for a best answer from my side.

I want to restore my face skin tone, what shall I do ?

Please suggest me some reasonable remedies that atleast you must have tried in past. My face is of light brown color. It used to be white once and now it has changed. My skin is a little bit oily. Thanks in advance. Please provide some sensible solution.

I have an old modem, year of make: 2010

It happened twice with me, once in December and once in January. Around 14th December, i got 2 mbps of speed at night at about 09:30 PM, the same happened on 14th January 2013, and i downloaded at 2 mbps for 7 days, without switching off the modem.

Now the same happened tomorrow (12,Mar, 2013) at around 09:30 PM, But i lost the speed after some time.

I want to recreate the whole thing that happened, that increased my speed from 256 kbps to 2 mbps.

How to recreate this whole process please help me ?

Please suggest an IDE for python, for example like eclipse is an IDE for JAVA and many other languages.

Fan in my PC's SMPS is not working properly, fan would not work on its own i have to rotate it manually first then it would start moving on its own. SMPS becomes too hot and there are some time thermal shutdowns. i think this fault is due dust that has got into the mouse
