What are your favorite brands of dental or other edible chews that you give to your dog(s)? I'm really just interested in finding a few different types of chews to give to my dogs as I currently only know of 3 that I trust. Whimzees, porkhide bones, and wholesome hide retreiver rolls are the only chews I currently use. Thanks in advance!

What brand of dog food do you currently feed your dog and has your dog done good on this food? If money was not a factor, what brand of dog food would you feed your dog?

What type of heartworm preventative do you use on your dog(s)? I have been using Trifexis for over 3 years. I am considering changing to something else after hearing/seeing some pretty scary side-effects. I currently work at a vet clinic and have seen several different cases where dogs come in nearly lifeless less than 12 hours after being given their monthly trifexis. It may be coeincidental, but in all cases a true cause to the illness is not discovered. I do not approve of topical heartworm preventative as my dogs have long hair and I do not believe that they absorb the amounts needed. With trifexis I had the luxury of combining a heartworm preventative with a flea preventative. Are there any similar products that you can recommend? Thanks in advance!
