I'm pretty hopeless. Help?

I want something kinda crazy but that doesn't require work. I don't want to have to straighten it or use chemicals, or any other stuff that isn't natural. I have no idea how to wear it or care for it. :(

I'm 5'10", 16 yrs. old. and around 365. Still pretty self conscious although I'm gaining confidence every day. My hair hasn't grown at all even though I rarely get it cut. The last cut was probably... at least 6 months ago. It's uneven and really curly. Since it's so short, it's frizzy and looks bad. I used to have bangs when I would straighten my hair in the past, but since I want to have it natural nowadays, it sucks. Curly bangs don't work. Not for me anyways. I used to have a fringe..

What should I do? Although the idea of long hair is appealing I don't think it's worth the wait. I always feel like my hair is dirty and my scalp itches 24/7 even though I wash my hair properly. I hate the feeling. I always pull it back into a bun and that look is getting old. My curls shrink whether I pull my hair back or leave it down, so I have boy-ish looking hair no matter what.

I get fed up with it. I also get those lint looking things in my brushes and that sucks too.

I want to just shave my head... And you know how you can have an image put in? Well I want a globe shaved into the side of my head. Should I?

The pros: no creepy lint on my brush, less time on my hair, and less fuss, and I'd get rid of that gross feeling I always have.

The cons: once I do it, I can't go back.. and although I'm gaining confidence, being bald takes A LOT of confidence.

Advice?

(Also if not a full shave, I'm considering an undercut.. But then I'd probably have to get the remnants of my hair chemically straightened.)
