This guy says he doesn't care about anyone and when I'm with him he doesn't bother to text anyone back, even after we're not together. But it seems like he always texts me back and doesn't usually take forever like some guys do. Is it true that guys usually don't text back or take their time texting back when they don't like the girl?

So my friend introduced me to this guy, and at first I thought he was ok but wasn't interested in him. We got to talk more and we're almost the exact person. I can't sleep and want to talk to him all the time now. He has drunk called me and snap chatted me, and we talk on twitter a lot but we are still awkward in person. My friend says she's sure he likes me but he doesn't know I like him. How can I tell him I really like him without it being too awkward? Any advise would be helpful. :)
