Flag football is one of the only sports I'm good at, and because of gender labels, girls don't play flag football. I did it once, and the guys hated it! "It made the team weak" They told me to go to the side line, which I did, then a guy on the other team ran at me...so I moved (I wasn't at the sideline anymore) and missed the catch. But I missed the catch because I'M A GIRL...if they missed that, they weren't in the right place or some other ridiculous stuff like that...What do I do to kick their butts??

It's just that I can tone my arms and stomach really easily, but my legs are still flabby...Also, I somewhat weaker knees than most people. Hi! I'm only 15, and this guy asked me out last year...I said no, but yes to friends. I don't want to be dating this young! I'm taking college level and honors classes this year and I really don't want or need drama like a bunch of other people. We talk and hang out at school and stuff, but then the other day some kid screamed at me in the hallway that he liked me. Also, he gave me chocolate at Easter (...and to nobody else). How do I make it clear that I want to be just friends and what would I say if he asks me again? Thanks so much!

It's the Contigo brand, very durable, about 32 oz...it's just that I can't keep water cold as long as in a metal bottle? Any ideas? I am doing sports, and it will be in the sun for up to 8 hours at a time. Thanks!
