I recently texted my ex apologizing for how we ended things several months ago. About two weeks was the first time i texted him in months and he did reply. He seemed angry but he didn't tell me to stop replying. He was staying somewhere he didn't have service so we stopped talking. I texted him again today trying to continue our conversation but he was still angry. He told me to stop talking to him but I kept trying to reconcile. He then told me that he was going to file a restraining order against me for harassment and stalking. I haven't seen him in person since we broke up, and I don't believe I have excessively texted him considering the two times I have he has replied enough to form a conversation. Does he have grounds for anything or is he just bluffing?

In the next few days I plan on getting "she flies with her own wings" tattooed in a pretty simple cursive font right below my collarbone. Ive gotten tattooed at the same place before and for an outline of a rose a little bigger than my palm it was $50 dollars. how much would this new tattoo cost compared to my other one?

I dated this guy for almost four months after being interested in him for years. I really cared about him but he thought I was cheating on him so he cheated on me. I was heartbroken when the other girl told me and I broke up with him immediately. About a month later I met a guy who doesn't live in the same state as me. As I continued to talk to him I became interested in him and he became interested in me, and although we aren't officially dating because of the distance, we act as though we are. We've been a "thing" for nearly two months now, but I ran into my ex a few days ago after not seeing him since we broke up and all the feelings I had before came rushing back. We had a long conversation where we admitted all of the reasons why we didn't work out before and he told me he wants to try to work on things and see if we can get back to the times when we were happy together. I obviously care a lot about both of these guys which is causing a lot of distress for me. I know it's a huge risk to get back with my ex who cheated on me, and there's little to no risk with the guy I'm with now, but there's something about my ex that I cannot get over. I'm torn between going with my heart and getting back together with my ex or listening to my head and staying in a long distance kind of relationship with a guy I know is only interested in me. Which one do you think is a better option? Love or logic?

I'm an American high school junior and I'm trying to find European schools that are affordable for American students. I've visited other threads and found some names - University of Paris, a load of Scottish schools, John Cabot University, Jacobs University, etc etc - but they're all ridiculously pricey, not accredited by America/Europe, or all of the above. I have no idea how I'm going to get to college, let alone where I want to and for how long. I'm interested in the majors of Psychology, or something in the field of economics. The country I'm most interested in is Spain or possibly France, but I'm looking to be in a major city. My GPA is 3.688, my ACT is a 30 but I plan on taking it again, and I haven't taken the SAT yet. Throughout high school I've done a lot of extracurricular activities such as Band, Mock trial, Soccer, Track, Swimming, and Beta club.

My questions: Where can I attend an affordable University in Europe at an affordable price? Are student loans, federal aid, and scholarships available for out of country students? What can I do now to make myself look more appealing to a European University? Do you have to choose between a work and a student visa or can you do both? Is it impossible or close-to to become a citizen of the European Union as an American or a long-term VISA equivalent?

do you have any tips on how to get my all brown hair to look like this? I can tell her hair was brown because of the underneath still being brown and her roots being brown as well. Please do not advise me to go to the salon because I'm doing it at home. I have the Revlon frost and glow kit for medium to dark brown hair.

I'm switching from AT&T to US Cellular and I need to get a temporary phone for the rest of the summer until I can afford a Samsung Galaxy 3. My question is whether I should get a Blackberry Curve 9350 or a HTC Wildfire S. I heard that Blackberrys freeze up a lot but the HTC has lower reviews. I'm a 16 year old girl, who works our for nearly 4 hours a day. (track practice/soccer practice) I eat 3-4 relatively healthy meals a day. Most days, orange juice and oatmeal in the mornings, pb&j on wheat bread with an apple, yogurt, and a brownie for lunch, and normally food with tofu in it for dinner since I don't eat a lot of meat. But in the past few days I've been gaining a lot of weight. Last week I weighed 130, but now I weigh 140. I'm 5'7 so this isn't a bad weight, but can someone please tell me why I'm gaining this much weight??

I have been really good friends with this guy for two years and he has a girlfriend who he says he wants to break up with but never does. I normally dye my hair a light brown but my eyebrows are black. I find it rather odd looking so I want to dye my eyebrows the same color as my hair.
