How can i make the player shoot in the direction is facing?

When i set up my phone for the first time i accidentelyn set up another account as the "parent", i could download apps with no trouble. Then i removed my account from the family through the "parent" account and it stopped donwloading apps telling that i had to set up "My Family". Then i went back to setting up ,my account as a "child" through the "parent" account just like ot was before, but it didn't work.

I also tried with a different account but had the same outcome.

Somone please help me, it's been over 3 weeks already and it's a bother not to be able to download any apps. Thanks in advance.
