The packaging says Roti de Dinde. It looks like a boneless roast, and I cant seem to find any recipes for this! Can anybody help me out?

my backlight(stoplight/brakelight) at the top of my back window, my rearview mirror fell into my lap! Stupid. WHY? I love my car but I feel frustrated. The mirror popped back into place, but I am NO ELECTRICIAN. The back light deal...Ugh!!!!!

I have been out of a job for a week. I am going away for 8 days in two weeks, but I need to make a little money before I go away so I can take care of bills and all...I have been on the phone for a week with a temp agency and they have had me prepare for an interview that never happened! I could go back to waiting tables, but I am so burned out by it(have done it to put myself thru school for years) I am afraid I would lose it on a customer! Is it possible to find an agency in New York that can put me in a receptionist position for 2 weeks or do most temp jobs go longer? Is my going away the reason this agency isnt getting me work? I used a temp place before and had no problems getting a job! Do I just sit here at home until I go away? I know I'll find something when I get back...This 2 week period is long enough to need a job!!!! HELP!

5 years ago I had a high paying admistrative job and then for flexability because of putting myself thru school, I started waitressing full time while taking classes part time. I had done that until now where I have graduated with a degree and want to get back into the admin field. I just don't know if I should list the restaurant jobs or how to list them. I know I need to list the old admin jobs-I was there for years-but they were so long ago and I don't want a scroll for a resume! I am thinking of seeking professional help...what do y'all think?

My BF and I hate the couple we were living with (volitile, nosy and rude) so I left to live with a girlfriend. She made an xtra set of keys to her place. One for BF to come and go easlly when he visits. But a few days ago he got into a very bad arguement with them and they are unbearable to live with. He wants to move in with me and we would pay more than half the rent and save up and get a new place on our own. The only problem is my girlfriend is acting possessive and is acting like since I've moved in with her, we are roomies. Its us. only. That boys should have other places to live and visit us. What I dont understand is that a) Her boyfriend has "visited" with us for the whole 10 days I have been there b) My guy has no where to go, and I have no bed or furniture-I was using his c)My guy works late nights and she would never see him d) She gave him keys e) She knows how happy he makes me! I am going to talk to her tonight. I just have no idea what to say. Is he homeless?

Why are they called steaks?

My boyfriend bought a cut of lamb in a halal butcher shop off of Little India yesterday. The butcher said to cook it in a curry but I'm not a big fan of curry. The cut is something I've never cooked before. They are chunks of lamb with a piece of bone in the middle. Does lamb have to be cooked well done? So many questions! Sheesh!
