I have never gone to Germany and I'm going with my fiancé to visit his family.My fiancé wanted to see Amsterdam for some time now we wanted to stop by for a few days what's the best economical way?

I was thinking of making a gift basket full of products that would bring them back a lil to the homeland any suggestions ? I was thinking a gift card to a local ethnic restaurant or butcher maybe jams candies ...im not sure any suggestion would be helpful.

OK , ive been with my bf for 5 years im 24 going on 25 he is a year younger then me and we are very happy .. our families on both sides are very good with us being together and get along just fine ...the PROBLEM here is that his father has made many mistakes in his marriage and my bf has seemed to be the one taking care of the family ... his dad cheated and wasted money on another women and now that he is back on track his parents depend on him because now his dad cant seem to get enough contracts (he does construction on his own) to take care of the morgage ... my bf at age 23 has taken it on him self to take care of them while his dad seems to be very irresponsible they almost lost their home like 3 weeks ago... im happy with him and love his family but i want to get engaged and we save up and he always has to give up his share of the money to them ... i cant grudge him doing this its his family ... but im worried as he is that he will not be able to start his life if this keeps up ...also he has 2 little siblings and doesnt want to leave them with out a home because of his dad's mistakes and irresponsibilities ... what can we do ??? and i would love to be engaged by now or at least live together but is this selfish honestly ??? is it wrong for me to feel like im being cheated as well???

my mother showed up after 4 and a half years ... this lady walked out on us ... she left and calls my little brother and sister once a month .... i opened the door yesterday and she was there ... i don't know she is planning to move to our town again and i don't know what to do ... i was nice and polite but im scared she will come and then leave again leaving my siblings distraught .... im 24 and i am in university ... i am finishing my education and the last time she was here she managed to mess me so much i started doing bad in school i don't want her affecting me again ... my siblings im scared for they went through enough and i didn't get over her abandonment till this last year... my father never treated her bad she didn't go through anything she just wanted to go out on trips and tours and has changed so much ... her voice is even different ... i don't know what to do im worried about how im going to handle this situation any advise ....

ps... they were married for 25 years she said she left because she wanted to do what she didn't get to do ... i feel this was selfish but i don't know my poor father loved her and she said she just never really did but he has gotten over it ..its us im worried about ...

can i spend canadian money in the dominican? also can i do an exchange here and recieve an equal exchange or should it be done at the resort and if so is the exchange available?

I m looking to go to germany spain and italy but i want a good deal can any one help with this ! im Bring my bf on a euro trip to germany but i would love to see spain as well im from there and italy which is my dream place along the way any sites would help !
