Jeep Grand Cherokee cabin lights won't turn off, Windows and locks won't work

2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, cabin lights when switch is turned to dim won't turn off, locks won't work on the driver side door, Windows switches on driver door won't work. Why is this happening?

all new pads, rotors, calipers in front end brakes today... Guy said rear have about 2000 miles left and are alright so didnt have them done... drove home on rt 9 and going 10-30 mph (Traffic) still had to put foot down almost all the way to come to complete stop.... why is this, is there something still wrong

There is a dealer that has it for $3400. Not including tax, title, plates. He had both front and rear brakes done, and put in a new radiator. I saw it needs new tires, there are scratches on the hood, a coffee stain on the seat, and the battery was dead at the moment ( lack of driving). Is it a good deal for $3400 ?

I am looking at this 2005 Ford Mustang from a private party person off of craigslist. The thing looks brand new on the inside, and the only problem with the exterior is a small crack in the front bumper which the lady said she hit a snowbank in the winter. She is the only owner and brought it from california to new england. I have my doubts about the car because she had the engine replaced a few weeks ago because she "forgot to get the oil changed so it seized up on her". The new engine does have some miles on it already and the odometer on the car says 96,000. She said the new engine has close to that 96,000 miles but its lower than that. It did pass inspection the other day. What should I do? she is asking $7500.

There is a used car dealer with an 04 bmw 525i with 150,000 miles on it for $6900. Is that good for a bmw with that many miles? I know a bmw is expensive to fix, but their engines go for 200k plus miles.
