As far as I can remember it involves a bunch of sheep and 2 sides (might be lion and wolf) and the sheep gets to vote who rules over them every few years. It's something like the lion can eat any number of sheep but the wolves can only eat 2 sheep or something and the logical conclusion was to vote for the lion because it will always only eat 1 sheep or the sheep will vote for the wolves.

When there arise questions like who can defeat superman, who can crush goku, who can own nemesis etc. her name just pops out of nowhere. I haven't read her comics but I seen her biography and it's like wolverine can kill her quite easily. So is she just a joke character or I missed something?
