  • Spun rod bearing on 2001 cavalier?

    Last week, my stepdad spun a rod bearing on his 2001 cavalier. He didnt want to deal with it, so he bought a new car, and i bought this one for what the dealership offered (which was only $300). The car only has 77, 000KM on it, a perfect interior, never been eaten in, drank in, or smoked in, no rust, and no problems up until now, so i do think it's worthwhile to keep the car and fix it.

    Now what I'm wondering, is how many labor hours am i looking at/How much should it cost to fix?

  • Legal ramifications of buying alcohol for a minor?

    Me and my girlfriend are going on a trip to San Diego this summer, problem is, She's only 20. And seriously, what fun can you have on vacation without liquor? We're from Canada where our drinking age is 18. As it should be. Is there any trouble I could really get in for buying alcohol for her?
