I just setup a wifi network at home and one of my computers (a cheap netbook PC) works like a charm but my Mac book pro (from work) is super slow. It takes 5-15 seconds to load each page on any browser. If I connect via cable again, problem solved.

Any ideas on what's going on?

I've tried sitting immediately next to the router and being two rooms away and it's impossibly slow.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Estou ajudando a um amigo Americano a fazer um presente de viagem para um outro amigo que esta se mudano para Portugal e preciso de uma ajuda.

Ele quer que eu traduza "I came" (no sentido se.xual mesmo) do Ingles para o Portugues de Portugal e nao sei o que seria o equivalente. Sei que no Brasil seria "gozei" mas sei qe em Portugal gozar quer dizer outra coisa.

I just went to a store today and tried out a medium ARAI Quantum 2 but they did not have the Vector. Anyone know if they will fit similarly? I only ask because if I can pay about $200 less for the same fit I definitely want to do that.

I also tried a Shoei TZ-R and a RF-1000 and unfortunately the medium was too small and the large too big. Too bad cause they seem to be of excellent quality and price.

Anyway, any info on the fit of the 2 ARAIs above would be greatly appreciated. Also if you want to tell me why you would prefer one over the other, that would be great too.

About an hour ago my cursor on my Mac Book pro started acting weird. First when I move it around my desktop it seems to move my desktop up and down a bit. Also, when I mouse over words, file icons on my desktop or anything else, the area right around the cursor (about 1/4 inch all around) gets distorted.

This started almost immediately after I downloaded Google Earth. Could that have anything to do with it?

I often find myself drawing arrows on my meeting notes and any other piece of paper I may have on hand while on the phone, in meetings, etc.

It is definitely a subconscious thing but I can't figure out why other people will doodle when zoning out and lot's of things come out of it but I just seem to ALWAYS only draw arrows.

Does that mean anything?

I recently got ATT Yahoo DSL at home and want to purchase an USB adapter (wireless) for my Dell desktop.

The question I have is:

-Will any USB adapter work?

-If not, which one would.

I am completely confused with the whole 54Mps/108Mps/300Mps, etc.

I just want to make sure what I purchase will work for me :)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My service is: Downstream: 1.5 to 3.0 Mbps; Upstream: 384 to 512 Kbps
