I bought a car with a kentucky title, the title has someone else's name as the buyer. The seller said he had a arguement with the guy after it was signed and notorized over the selling price, so he kept it. What form (s) do I need to get filled out in order to get it titled in my name. The seller signed his part, and this other guy (the buyer) signed his half. They had it notorized. Now I have it and I'm trying to get the right forms together to go title it in my name. Any help???

I am trying to make ringtones on my pc. I can download a full length song in mp3 format and make a tone as long as it doesn't get over 600kbs. But I can't figure out how to edit a song, save it to my pc. I've tried using the recorder on the pc, but the program I have for my phone can't recode the format. Any ideas?

I work at a car dealership that has been recently been sold. The current owner says not to worry when I ask him about the first paycheck that got held back when I started. It seems to me like he's trying to pass that over to the new owners(when they take over on 9/1/08) If that is the case that is allot of money (16-20 employees) to "not worry" about. Does this sound shady to you? Is there any legal actions that can be taken to retrieve my money? I guess I could quit before he finalizes the sale and then put in my application to the new guys.
