I am pretty addicted to this game, however it is annoying when I am out an about and the "homers voice" notification sound comes up when a character has finished a task. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

I am going to Berlin for a week in May, years ago I went to a bar which was small and the cocktails where served in medical jars and the bar had tarantulas/skeletons underneath perspex for the tables. my terminally ill father with brain cancer and now pneumonia, has been a victim of medical negligence in the hospital. I have spoken to the PAL service, made a formal complaint in writing and made a complaint to the manager of the ward.

Without getting too personal:they where meant to be supervising him and by the time I arrived to visit him in the hospital he looked like he was beaten up badly. I put my trust in the hospital themselves to make him better but he is vunerable due to his brain tumour causing him to be confused.

The hospital is now wanting him to sign a document for them to ask him questions and to then investigate the matter futher- he is unable to do this as he is not sound of mind due to his illness.

Please advise.

my dad wants to put my name on al his bank accounts as a safety precaution if he dies, he has severe cancer however; I am claiming income support and carers allowance as I have no savings and am full time carer for my dad.

Please can someone please explain if I still can get my benefits, as the money in the bank accounts of my fathers is not mine and that of a safety precaution if he dies. Please no horrrible messages stating how I am benefit scum or whatever. I had a really good job and quit because my dad got terminal cancer. thanks

I gave up my job, to look after my terminally ill father. I do not have savings that exceed over 6,000 however; I recently sold my car (as I can use my fathers bigger car now,as he can no longer drive and it is easier for him to drive around) and most my belongings in my flat to now move in with my father. Because I did not work for the cash but sold my items can I put the money in the bank and my carers allowance and income support still be ok? Please no rude answers saying how I am not willing to work. I have quit my job/profession in order to take care of my father with cancer, the income support and carers allowance I get is in order to provide my father with a comfortable life buy buying him groceries and attending to all his needs.

Ok, I have recently been diagnosed with a gluten allergy,dairy and wheat/celiac disease. After watching " fat, sick and nearly dead" and various youtube videos, I feel inspired to go on a juice fast.

I do drink a "green juice" everyday that consists of spinach, kale,apples,lemon juice and one carrot.

I do believe that this kind of juice has health benefits as my hair and nails have grown stronger and I usually feel better after it.

I wanna do a juice fast for 30 days any additional days would be a bonus to this, I am determined to do this however I need serious advise! There are so many youtube videos and information on the internet BUT none really state an actual safe and effective action plan- for example: how many juices do you drink a day?, what juices will you not feel benefits from(fruit juices for example-the sugar will not be effective on weight, loss no?) etc etc.

I wanna do this for simple reasons such as- I lack energy and believe that it is all the crap food choices I make, as well as things with hidden gluten in,I am also in the range of having diabeties in the near future if I do not look after myself better(it is hereditary throughout the family),I have put on 2 stone in weight and have absolutely no idea how as I have not changed my eating habits and I want to re-boot my body to cleanse all the junk out and start a new healthy lifestyle in a cleaner body.

My mother died recently and now my father has terminal cancer- I have no family here and assumed I had a tight knit of friends.

I am always open and honest with my friends but, when I ask for help or advise they act like I am over reacting when I tell them my father is dieing and that I am scared.

I recently found out that all of them have been hanging out with my ex fianncee, who ruined my life cheated on me and left to go on holiday when my mother died- so I had no support from anyone.

My other friends have tried to convince me ,that it is ok with them doing this and they are just friends BUT now they are living with him. Am I over reacting, I have always assumed it was the un-written law of friendship that you never get involved with one of your friends ex boyfriends and especially when they are going through such a horrible time.

I have decided to cut off these people out of my life and not even confront them because they are people to make me feel like I am the one with the problem. I get so miserable about this and question if I have done the right thing and that it is not me being irrational..

I am having to quit my job, I love my job but it is one of those jobs which is basically a trade so I can pick up from whenever-wherever.. anyways, to cut a long story short I am gunna be a carer for me dad cus he gots real sick.. the cancer.can anyone who is a carer tell me what else a carer is entitled to because those offices never tell you jack. Do I get discounted travel etc etc.. UK people only and serious answers please, your help is muchos appreciated.

My father is receiving o.a.p pension he also has cancer, I am trying to help him out and he needs new glasses I am certain that if your over a certain age you are entitled to free glasses in the UK? I am all new to this and between working and running errands for my pa I need to figure out what all the entitlements of someone in his condition is- just to make my life a little easier y'know? cheeers

I keep seeing a groupon or a wowcher for this laser lipolysis- is this the same as i-lipo?, I have watched numerous videos online and from what I have gathered it is small plates that are put on your problem area and then blasted with low energy lasers- I have heard stories that all the melted down fat cells get flushed away when you go to the loo. ok,so I am seeing my doctor this week I don't know if there is a hair doctor or whatever but my hair is falling out in clumps everytime I was it, my scalp is sore and itchy and want to know what the hell's going on, I am on the implanon and don't know if this effects my hair. I take folic acid and loads of other vitamins to help promote healthy hair growth. My hair is in amazing condition,just keeps falling out haha! answers below please x

My father is currently in hospital with a brain tumour that has grown the size of 7 cms HUGE!

He has been going to his doctors with the same complaint for years " headaches" and migraines and constant sleeping.

The doctor just sends him off with a couple of paracetamol,one day he just couldn't move I had to call an ambulence and after a m.r.i scan showed he had the tumour.

Now he has had to get the tumour removed and lives his life well?just not himself anymore.
