I workout 4 times a week moderately

Different muscle groups each day and I run hard about 10 minutes a day

I eat oatmeal with a scoop of peanut butter for breakfast

Chicken and veggies with a little rice for lunch

Beef and noodles for dinner

Totaling about 2500 calories a day

I have a lot of muscle but also a huge flabby stomach and look kinda lean and muscular with a shirt on. The problem is I'm still gaining fat even with my routine. What could I change? I'm 6' 4" 245 pounds btw

I got a bike a couple months ago. The guy we got it from said it would start fine but one day the starter stopped working. After we got in there we found out that the clutch sprocket broke in the center. We replaced the starter clutch and the sprocket and i cleaned the carburetors and i just put new gas in it today but it still wont start. I turn on the choke push the starter button and the rpms do different things at different times. Sometimes the rpms stay at zero sometimes they go up to 3 or go up and down but never go past 3 and sometimes they go to 1 and stay there but it never starts.

Everytime i try to connect to the server it says Cant connect to the server. It worked yesterday once then i woke up today and it wont even try. I tried reinstalling it, restarting my android, and i also sent out an error message to the developer and they have not gotten back to me yet so i came here. Please help me fast

I have an old hp windows xp computer that messed up and i was wandering if i could put that audio card in my windows 7 computer

The biggest reason i am asking is because the xp computer stopped working because i was messing around with the inside of it then i plugged it back in and turned it on and got a blue screen that told me my computer wasnt fully acpi compliant and now it wont even go past the part where it finds the boot info on the harddrive. I need help with both those problems

Ok, i have a windows 7 64 bit laptop and recently i started getting angry with my program files because i have 2 program files and program files x86 so i decided it would be a good idea to put the two together so i would just have one programs files but after doing so my computer just totally messed up, i have to reinstall everything, my icons on the notification pane are all different, when i click on something in explorer it opens another window and my folder options are set not to and a whole lot of other stuff wrong now, i was just wandering if any body knew how to fix this or reset my C:\ drive, i dont even care if it deletes everything but i still need my computer to work right, and i dont have a system backup and i might need help using system restore or recovery

When i right click on Computer it shows me my processor is which is 2.4 Ghz intel pentium, When i right click on Local Disk to run Disk cleanup my free space is 3/4 the pie chart, and it has 256 MB of RAM

I have my vbs file to open a message box that tells the user not to access this account again then when they click on something it shuts down the computer, after about a week this person started to drag the message box to the corner of the screen out of the way so it wouldnt shut down the computer, i want to make it where the message box will still close and continue like if a button was pressed but i dont know how
