  • Windows Vista ISO File?

    Hi

I'm currently working on a computer which is refusing to connect to Microsoft update. I've researched the error code 80070490 and apparently its the cbs manifest corrupted and I need to perform a repair install

Unfortunately I don't have a disc for windows vista and was wondering if I could get an ISO file somewhere? I know I can for Windows 7 Systems but not sure about Vista.

It is a genuine version of windows vista and I have the product key etc

  • What is the best Solution for wireless range extension?

    Hi,

I have recently installed a new netgear wireless hub in a business, everything works fine and the signal in the main office is absolutely spot on.

The problem is when at the far extremities of the building the signal is very weak to non existent, this is purely because of the distance from the hub (which can't be re located)

I've heard and read about range extenders, however i've never bought or installed one so I'm after some advice about

    1) Are they any good and do they work

    2) What are the things I should look out for

    3) Can anyone recommend a cost effective one (cheap but good) :)

    Thanks in advance
