Lewis dot question?
The correct answer is the first one. I see that the triple bond should be between C and N, but I do not understand why it cannot be between CL and C? is there a rule as to where the triple bond goes? Both answers look inversed to me. 2 electrons on one and triple bond on the other?
Thanks!

We apparently bought this dog from a puppy mill and were told it Is a maltese/yorkie mix. We have our doubts as she is shedding a little bit. Wondering if someone with experience can chime in. She is the smaller black/white dog. The other one is maltese/yorkie mix (morkie)

1 AnswerDogs6 years agoCan I take a makeup school to small claims court for a refund? I haven't taken their course yet but dealing with them is a nightmare!?
Hello, I am having an issue with a makeup academy for makeup artists. Last year I paid them $2,000 to take a class. The class was canceled and nobody notified me. I only found out when I went to the classroom on the day of and no one was there. After, calling them and receiving attitude from their staff, they rescheduled me for a class that started today. Upon arriving, they said I owed them an additional $600, but I had already paid them in full and have receipts to back it up. That was the last straw for me. I have had nothing but problems with this school and am extremely dissatisfied. I told them I want my money back, I have not attended the class. I was rudely told that their policy is no refunds. I do not want to do business with them as it is problem after problem. Am I able to take them to small claims to receive my money? They refuse to refund and are being extremely rude to me. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!!!
2 AnswersLaw & Ethics6 years agoNo insurance car accident, wasn't my fault, other insurance company demands payment. What can I do?
Hello, I need some advice. About 5 months ago, I was in a car accident where I had borrowed my brother's car to run a quick errand. I was not covered on the insurance for the vehicle. I was in a parking lot going straight about 15mph and another car from a feeder lane made a quick left turn (there was a stop sign for her) without paying attention and there was a collision. As far as I can tell, in this type of collision (left turn into a thoroughfare from a feeder) fault lies 100% with the other driver (as far as insurance goes). Today, I received a letter from a collection agency representing the other driver's insurance company demanding $10,000 in damages for repairs. They claim that "the facts state that as a result of MY negligence I am responsible for the damages incurred." I cannot afford this. I don't know what to do. How is this my fault? Don't isurance companies follow specific fault determination rules? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
I know I shouldn't have been driving that car. Only helpful answers please.
