My daughter is 17 and her abusive ex boyfriend never comes around and all the sudden since she is trying to get child support is trying to take full custody he lives in his moms living room and has nothing for the baby . I have supported the baby since day 1 for everything. My daughter is a teen still in school and wants me to take custody can she give me custody of my granddaughter? Or do you think it will look bad and she just fight for her daughter on her own in court ? My daughter resides with me she has her own room she shares with my granddaughter which is furnished with there own beds and clothing dressers and such. Also should I get a lawyer? Long story short this girl was my daughters friend she got upset at my daughter cause she wouldn't watch her kid for a week while she left out of state so she's been posting things about my daughter all over Internet . Anyhow tonight she took it a step further and beat my daughter up and had someone record it then posted it all over the Internet I got a 3 copy's of the video she posted . I made a police report as soon as I found out she got beat beat up then after I got home and searched the web I found the videos so I'll be taking those to the police station tomorrow. In the video she's in top of my daughter punching her I the face. My question is that enough evidence ?

This is my first baby so I'm a little scared but all day today I've been feeling extremely dizzy to the point I almost blacked out at the movies today. When I got home I went to the bathroom and lost part of my mucus plug and been having my trips to bathroom due to diarrhea I'm also experiencing lower back pain but its not to intense also I'm having alot of pressure In my vagina area.Also I'm getting the striking stabbing pains in my vagina.
