I was in top shape during the 21 years as a marine. I was wounded in Iraq 18 months ago and I am starting to get around a lot better. I am an recovering alcholic, 15 months sober!!!. It is difficult now to get adiquite exercise because of my leg, but getting there all the same. I have gained 50 lbs and lost some muscle mass since leaving the Corps. I crave food like I did booze and the 12 steps aint getting it on the chow. What can a game leg recovering alcoholic do to get this weight off until I can exercise again? Please Help, I have tried all the diets nothing works.
